I think they need another chef ! We tried many dishes. All had flaws: cheapest way to make a dish, “ already been chewed food”, way too salty, and had a choice to be creative with new menu and decided to put what they had on in previous menus. What a waste.

I am a foodie and love traveling places to eat but this was by far the worst meal I have ever been served I have ate at some sketchy places. Look at this pork chop i still payed for….

Although the order got screwed up (I ordered the Hanger Steak and instead was served the Filet Mignon), the meal was_exquisite_ and cooked to perfection. One of the hidden gems in Cleveland.

Pasta Bolognese and Paella we’re phenomenal, but the service was truly a treat. Highly recommend.

We came from St Louis, Mo to visit family and we had dinner at the bistro. Gino and his staff are fantastic! The food is exquisite! I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it melted in my mouth! We also had the meatballs, lemon chicken, lasagne, veal, and of course the ice cream!! If I was allowed to give 10 stars I would! Thank you Gino!!

We were here for Sunday bunch, so I didn't get an opportunity to sample their dinner cuisine. But with that being said, I enjoyed the self-served breakfast buffet. The food was delicious and the service was great! Definitely, an upscale Italian restaurant. So, if you got to ask how much, maybe you should go elsewhere. Their menu is online.

As a relatively new resident of the Land, one of my bucket-list ways to explore the region was to Yelp my way through every incorporated municipality in Cuyahoga County. So, of course, this involved discovering Bratenahl, which for the uninitiated is a relatively exclusive enclave that's walled off from the rest of Cleveland by a freeway. One of the few dining establishments here in Bratenahl is this bistro on the ground floor of a high-rise condominium. Don't be deterred by the front security gate - say that you're here for the restaurant and they'll wave you in. You then go through the condo lobby and towards the restaurant on the right. The venue has at least three rooms that I could see: a bar to the left, an intermediate lounge/dining area, and a main dining room in the rear. The bar is far livelier than the rest of the venue, but it's also more compact, if distancing from others is a concern to you. When I visited on a weekend night, the main dining room was curiously empty, which made for a deathly quiet experience. Still, I didn't mind. I was roaringly hungry after not having eaten much the whole day, so I went big and opted for the cabernet-braised short rib. Tender and flavorful on the inside - you could definitely feel the cabernet - and nicely accompanied by a creamy gruyere and mushroom truffle risotto. Not too big a portion, but not too small either - just right. Although the front host was professional and gracious, service inside the dining room was perfunctory, which was fine with me as I was just looking to zone out after a long day and not make BFFs with people. One word to the wise: during the holidays - or at any time of year - it's best to call ahead to see if the restaurant is open that night. The first time I came, it was closed for a private party, yet no mention of this was on their website or any of their social media presences. None whatsoever.

We stopped here before going to the Van Gogh Exhibit. It's kind of off the beaten path, and kind of old school. When we went, we were literally the only people there. I'm not sure if that is typical, but we got extra attentive service because of it. While a little different than my typical stop, the food was really good I'd be willing to check it out again -- it looked like they had a pretty amazing patio!
