We walked in around 11:00am and were told they were completely out of bagels. Thought they were joking. No sign on the door or anything, but still, why and how are you out of bagels by 11:00 am? Absolutely ridiculous.

Like many other previous reviews. We came here at 1030 on a Saturday, they close at 2, and they put a note up saying they were out of bagels!?
Today my mom went to Bruegger’s and the manager was beyond kind! She remembered that I usually order my sandwhich without cheese since I’m allergic. To have kind service on a stressful day like Black Friday warms my heart!

This place never has bagels
This isn’t the first time this location disappointed me. The place didn’t close for another 30 minutes and they were out of bagels. Sorry, I don’t buy it. Seemed to me they wanted to go home right at 1pm and were already mopping the floor. Get your priorities straight.
Average bagels but they do the job.
The location was not open at the posted time on the door and at 613 am your male employee flipped me off and laughed at me behind the locked door after I criticized him he would not come out and do it to my face
I want a copy of his disciplinary file and a written notice he has been terminated
Thanks Ed Clancy

Was not open at 630am even though is advertised as open at 6am. Lock on the door with people in parking lot waiting. 7/9/24

Went for lunch, waited in line and then was told only had 3 pumpernickel bagels left.

Turkey bagel , had one slice of Turkey on it.One hour before closing on Sunday they had all the chairs up on tables prepared for closing. I had to ask if I could sit at a table and staff had to ask the manager first. Food is good but one slice of turkey is not worth nine dollars.
Dietary restrictions: Turkey sandwich must be very low in calories being that it has one thin slice of Turkey on it.

My boyfriend & I went in 7/22/24 and I got a French toast bagel with walnut cream cheese- my bagel wrapper was covered in grease, along with the bag and when I took my bagel out, so much cream cheese was on it. The cream cheese wasn’t necessarily just in the bagel and overflowed- it was all over the top piece of bread and the inner wrapper. My boyfriend’s bagel was fine but extremely small compared to pictures we saw online. He went to talk to the worker there about the cream cheese everywhere and they offered a replacement but the food here was not even worth it. They also said it was due to the heat of the bagel which makes no sense cuz my bagel was MAYBE warm. Extremely overwhelming amounts of cream cheese and underwhelming outcome. I even gave them a tip:/

I don’t know if management or ownership changed but you can’t order online /app or call ahead despite the phone line asking you to place an order on the app.

They were sold out of almost everything by noon. I guess that shows how good they are. I gotta get there earlier next time.
