Honestly, Nora makes this location the best! My husband and I look forward to her smiling face, positive attitude and genuine humankind every time we visit! Nora deserves the highest pay, the best benefits, and a lifetime of joy and prosperity💝 Bruegger’s and all its customers are lucky to have her❣️❣️

Guess I should add my .02¢. This place has always been busy since HS but I don’t remember it being so poorly managed. Saw it was busy so we placed an online order through the website (not third party) and went to get coffee to kill time. Headed back thinking an easy 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese would be done. Nope. Took exactly 39mins to receive our order. No biggie we were patient. Grabbed the order and it wasn’t the right bagel for my order. Welp cool. Started walking up to ask if they had the right bagel and one worker loudly spoke across the room as he saw me approaching saying “anything wrong” so I mentioned the bagel being incorrect. He said we don’t have it so we can’t give you one. It was a hash brown one so a decent amount more vs the plain I received. I asked if it could be compensated for the difference. He said “no bc you shouldn’t be able to order it online if it’s out of stock” well why would it say it on the order confirmation and receipt 🫠. The manager couldn’t figure out how to do anything to make the situation right. She definitely lacked managerial skills. I get if you were short staffed or something but there were 4 people, 5 including her and it takes that long to work the process through properly? Soooo after they told me they can’t compensate me, the manager gal told me I could as corporate but don’t expect anything out of them. And the louder guy that spoke to me across the place told me to file a chargeback with door dash and they’ll probably refund me bc he does that all the time. Cool it was direct through the site hun. Honestly disappointed

Ordered Bakers Dozen, got home. Only 11 bagels. Really?

Ridiculous- I ordered 6 bagels to go. The lady behind the counter put them in a bag, and set them aside. I asked for them, and she said I had to wait until she finished making hot sandwiches for about 8 people in line. Mind you they were already bagged, and paid for. I waited needlessly for 20 minutes, when all she had to do was hand them to me. Even the other customers were asking me what was wrong with these people. The worst customer service skills I have encountered in quite a while! Poorly run franchise.

We walked in around 11:00am and were told they were completely out of bagels. Thought they were joking. No sign on the door or anything, but still, why and how are you out of bagels by 11:00 am? Absolutely ridiculous.

Like many other previous reviews. We came here at 1030 on a Saturday, they close at 2, and they put a note up saying they were out of bagels!?

Today my mom went to Bruegger’s and the manager was beyond kind! She remembered that I usually order my sandwhich without cheese since I’m allergic. To have kind service on a stressful day like Black Friday warms my heart!

This isn’t the first time this location disappointed me. The place didn’t close for another 30 minutes and they were out of bagels. Sorry, I don’t buy it. Seemed to me they wanted to go home right at 1pm and were already mopping the floor. Get your priorities straight.

Average bagels but they do the job.

The location was not open at the posted time on the door and at 613 am your male employee flipped me off and laughed at me behind the locked door after I criticized him he would not come out and do it to my face
I want a copy of his disciplinary file and a written notice he has been terminated

Thanks Ed Clancy

Turkey bagel , had one slice of Turkey on it.One hour before closing on Sunday they had all the chairs up on tables prepared for closing. I had to ask if I could sit at a table and staff had to ask the manager first. Food is good but one slice of turkey is not worth nine dollars.

Dietary restrictions: Turkey sandwich must be very low in calories being that it has one thin slice of Turkey on it.
