My daughter received a Caruso’s coffee gift basket as a gift, everyone absolutely loved the Jamaican Me Crazy! A few months ago I found a lonely sample size Jamaican Me Crazy in the back of the freezer, which I saved to brew for a Sunday morning treat! Anyhow, we are now on auto ship and receive Jamaican Me Crazy whole bean bags every six weeks! I increased my order to share with my daughter. We gave a sample to my father in law and now he’s on auto ship. Needless to say, Jamaican Me Crazy is delicious! Great customer service, quick shipments with tracking. Local company and great people!

Good selection. I normally get it direct from my family in Honduras for 16oz bags shipped at $5 total but when delayed they come in handy as a back-up.

so, i just got a call from the Coffee Comp. asking for my CC number again. i have been getting Coffee from them for 2 years and have only given my card out one time when i started using them. the lady with some rudish under tones said well it most have fallen off. ( what does that even mean ) the owner gets on and seems even more less interested of why this happen with his company ( the one that is Supported by a lot of Small Businesses ) tell me we do not keep cards on file. 1 i was told it fell off 2 was told they don't keep them 3 then was told only keep last 4 numbers of a card. ( Make it make Sense ) the owner should act or at least pretend to care that my and maybe many others info has come up missing. this is when happens when you start to get greedy and lay off most of your outside work force, so i just got a call back that now they have it BUT it was not linked to my diner after 2 years of ordering coffee. they all seem to be a little snotty as they are right and we are wrong. this will be my last order from them.i just got a 4th call in less then 30 mins. by the owner telling me he will be in today to get his equipment. lol. not after you just charged me 116.00 and will not stop the order, you may have it back with the 3 bags are done. SIRlooks like i am not the only one saying,Disappointing sales service from Caruso. Our company account was set up by an executive within and then I took over the ordering, etc. however, I found the office staff very unhelpful and condescending. A huge disappointment for a locally own company and as a native Clevelander, I hope this isn't a reflection of our city if Caruso's is dealing outside the area.

We've been ordering Caruso Coffee wholesale for a few years now. The sales staff is always very helpful to give suggestions on coffee that matches our needs or familiar flavor profiles. Our favorite is Café Italiano for Espresso and Hylander Grogg for our drip machine or pour-overs. We've also tried smaller batches of Ethiopian Yirgaheffe and Jamaican Blue Mountain. All varieties we've had are fantastic.

I had a cup of medium roast withhalf & half at Hopkins this morning, I can’t remember a better cup of coffee, ever! Now I’m on the hunt to find where I can buy it for my home.

I love the Erie Island Coffees. High quality local product. Ordering online from Caruso’s is great because I like to stock up when there’s a sale.

I apologize for the negative review I left on 8/2/21. My order for 8 lbs of Fireside Blend had not arrived after nearly 2 weeks, and I assumed my order had been screwed up. However, it was simply delayed because the demand on Caruso’s July Sale resulted in a backlog. Our order arrived today, and we can’t wait to try another roast from the wonderful Caruso’s coffee collection. We have LOVED every one of the Caruso’s coffees that we have tried. ❤️

The sales staff were all very efficient, friendly & knowledgeable in the all the company's products. The delivery was prompt.
