Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is good, guy at counter was absolutely infuriated for some reason. Everyone seemed awkward, nervous, and quiet. It's like we walked in after a big fight or something. Burritos not labeled. But chips weren't stale so that's unbelievable for a Chipotle.

This location is consistently poor quality and incorrect orders. I enjoy chipotle but every-time I order from this location it is not correct and the quality is not what I have at any other store.

This place has gone down hill. We only get it when we’re in a bind to eat something fast. Every time we go there out of atleast one thing, sometimes two things. Mostly vinaigrette they NEVER have. It’s 7pm and they should have it if they’re open until 11pm.

This is the first time I’m unhappy with my chicken too. Every piece is huge to where I need a knife to cut them. Why?! It should be small pieces and easy to eat with my rice and toppings.

Very annoyed with this place every time we go. Sometimes the people don’t even fill our bowls or give us attitude when serving us. This time that was okay.

Definitely not going to this location anymore.

Placed order through doordash. Out of 5 bowls ordered and paid for, the restaurant decided to put only 2 bowls in a bag 1 of 1 with the bag sealed upon arrival. Completely irresponsible staff allowing this to happen.

The Chipotle in Broadview heights on East Royalton road is the worse.. i will stop going there. The rice taste like pebbles in my mouth, and the service was not good... They need to do better. Or not because this is the last final draw for me.... There are four more restaurants that a pass on my way home. I thought they were the best, and have dropped the ball several times. Give them about 2-4 years to clean up there act. Then maybe i will revisit....

Every time I visit, I ask for sour cream but there is corn pieces in it. I have a health condition that I can't eat corn. I told the girl working on my burrito bowl. She was put off that I said I can't have corn but she did get fresh sour cream from the fridge.

Saturday dinner time and didn’t have many key ingredients. Like cheese, guacamole etc. not sure how a manager or GM allows that to happen. Then the poor employees have to deal with annoyed customers. Employees, stay strong, managers, do better. You failed.

I drove to this chipotle with my wife at 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon in the summer. I walked in and tried to place an order but they refused my business because they were only taking “online orders “. Are you kidding me!!! I’ll never go there again.

Bowls have no food on it. They skimp on the amount of food and size of the servings. Not typical of other chipotle’s I have eaten at. Not a good location in my opinion.

This location is horrible. I ordered a couple weeks ago and couldn’t even eat my meal due to the rice being hard. Today missing queso I paid extra for. Good luck trying to reach anyone to discuss this and get a refund.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Only chipotle I’ve ever been charged extra for rice. Employees were rude. Save your money and go to the chipotle in north royalton. This place is an insult to all the other chipotles. Someone get corporate in there.

Had a group of 3 people walk into get food, they tell me they are online only and I cannot order. The biggest bunch of absolute garbage I have ever heard. Will never return to this location
