A hidden gem in Northfield! I came to CocoBella's on a Sunday night for dinner and for the first time. The food was delicious, authentic, and the dishes were served at generous portions and with a nice presentation. We also loved the salad and the bread, too! The setting is nice with a traditional atmosphere and ambience. Our waitress was very nice and did a great job with the serving. Overall a great dining experience here at this Italian restaurant, and I will be coming back again sometime to enjoy more!

Terrible service and even worse management!
Instead of making things right, the owner insists on being right a quick way to lose customers. Just because something is made fresh daily doesn’t mean the ingredients themselves are fresh!

As a business owner, your focus should be on correcting mistakes when a customer is disappointed especially when the food wasn’t eaten. Judging by the owner’s defensive responses to other reviews, it’s clear customer satisfaction isn’t a priority.

Before responding to reviews, remember: you never know who might be dining in an influencer, a food critic, or simply someone who believes in fair business. If this place is truly doing as well as they claim, why act like they need to take people’s money for meals they didn’t even touch?

That’s how you respond to a customer complaint? You don’t offer a discount of any kind and they didn’t take the meal? Just because you make something fresh daily doesn’t mean your ingredients are fresh daily. It sounds like you’re not very good at taking criticism. Sorry but you’re not perfect there Chef Ramsey!

I had a very disappointing experience at Coco Bella’s today. The Alfredo I ordered smelled and tasted sour, as if it may have spoiled. After just two bites, I politely mentioned it to our waitress. Instead of handling the situation kindly, she was extremely rude to both me and my husband, saying, “We’ve been serving it all day.”

Not only did I not eat the food, but they also refused to remove it from the bill or offer any sort of discount. I also noticed other customers leaving due to the same waitress’s rude attitude — she was an older lady and clearly not suited for customer service.

Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I will not be returning.

Eggplant rolatini was one of the best dishes of eggplant I have had in a very long time. The presentation of my food was neat. I would recommend trying this restaurant. good size portions that can last 2 days.

First time there and wishing we knew about it sooner! It's worth the 30-40 minutes for us to get there. Amazing Italian food! The carbonara and bolognese were outstanding, so much flavor! The service was so friendly and attentative! The limoncello cake was the perfect dessert to a perfect meal. Cant wait to go back!

Out of the way place tucked in a small shopping center in Northfield on W. Aurora Rd. Our server Sam was very sweet and efficient. We called ahead and she had our table ready with menus upon arrival. My husband had unsweetened ice tea I had water. Started off with delicious garlic rolls, and the Fried Provolone. Crispy on the outside with a great cheese pull and slightly sweet marinara and shaved parmigiana. I had the house salad with ranch, my husband had the Caesar with an up charge. Both were fresh and delicious Both my husband and I ordered the veal parmigiana with spaghetti topped with cheese and the same marinara as the appetizer. The serving was huge. The breading was seasoned beautifully and the veal was tender ( able to cut with a butter knife ) make sure you mix the sauce in the spaghetti though because the pasta alone without sauce was under seasoned. Ended the dinner splitting a Tiramisu. Heavenly. The smooth cream and coffee dessert was perfection. Cost before tip 88.00. Worth a try
