3 strikes and your out! Three bad experiences! Food was burned all 3 times after trying to make my order after it was promised because they don't have enough people! They tell you 10-15 minutes, and then when you show up in 20 minutes, they haven't even started it.... then they try to rush the order and burn everything! Do not go here!!
My fiance and I visited for the first time tonight! What a lovely experience. The service was impressive from the phone to pickup. Jenny was so friendly and was genuinely interested in making conversation about the local area when we asked questions pertaining to downtown Brecksville. She gave us lots of great recs. The food was delicious and we will definitely be ordering here again.

We get carry out at Frankie’s Wok 1-2 times per week. Without question, it’s the best Chinese food I’ve had in Northeast Ohio and the Chicago Illinois area where I used to live. I’ve tried 50-60 Chinese restaurants before I found Frankie’s Wok. Food is always consistently fresh , hot and ready on time. Prices are low and food quality is high. The owners are the two nicest people you will ever meet and they truly care about their customers. This place is priceless! Money in the bank! They just had their 30th anniversary. Most restaurants fail within the first 3 years.

To be clear, this is not our normal take out place since our other establishment is not open on Monday’s. Phoning in the order for take out, they said “25 minutes”. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we finally received our order (not a large complex order). Just truly unacceptable. If you’re understaffed, say that on the phone and give a realistic expectation of time to receive it. Absolutely will not do this again. There’s other choices. Bye Frankie’s Wok!
