Awesome Jewish deli in the Cleveland area without having to go all the way to the east side. Matzoh Ball soup and lox and cream cheese are awesome! Tried their lamb shank. YUMMY!

First time for me at this establishment. Good variety of choices on the menu. I had the cheeseburger, my wife had the Cleveland chicken sandwich, My brother-in-law had the Reuben sandwich and my sister-in-law had the brisket melt. The food was exceptional and the portion sizes were very good. I do have to say that one thing that was a little odd was that the sizes of the french fries portions were not very equal. Also the tater tots that came with the sandwiches were very small portions. The waitress and service were good. Would definitely recommend.

Cuban was on special and I'd go back every day if it was always on the menu. Absolutely delicious combination of flavors + price was more than reasonable for the size of the sammy.

Restaurant was nice. Food was good. Had a nice selection of food. But I got forgotten about. Never checked to see if everything was ok. Sat there dry but never offered refill. Would have loved to have been offered dessert but she never came back. I ended up having to leave and ask for my check. I really did want to try dessert. Guy that sat across from me got star treatment. He got dessert and it looked good but I ran out of time. I get I am not a regular but I did not deserve that. Would have recommended to friends. Was considering coming back. Just talk to your servers about checking on their customers. I really did want to try dessert but ran out of time and did not know where she disappeared to.

Good food and food and good atmosphere but please train your servers to check on their customers. I sat there waiting a long time for her to come back. She never checked on me and never refilled my drink and I really wanted to order dessert but no longer had the time to wait. So no dessert for me. Guy across from me got star treatment and he got to enjoy dessert. She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter to ask for check and that worker was messing around on her phone and did not notice me standing there. I get I am not a regular but certainly never deserved to be treated like that. was considering recommending this place to friends and family. Please talk to your staff about paying better attention and checking on the customers. You were not busy today when I was there and it does not take much to bring someone a refill or to ask how things are or see if they need anything else. Thank You. Guess I will have to give rest of my business to another bakery today.
We visited this restaurant a couple times while we visited the area. I used to go to this restaurant years ago when it was in a smaller location down a few doors. Sometimes reality makes memories bittersweet.
I had the Classic Reuben Sandwich which comes with pickles on the side. The sandwich was piled high with corned beef on grilled rye. It was a good sandwich, but I would have preferred a bolder tasting rye. Also, I would like a swiss cheese with a bit of a bite. Frankly, afterward I could not remember seeing cheese on my sandwich. The sauerkraut was very tasty on the the stack.
My wife ordered the French Onion Soup and Veal Schnitzel with Potato Pancakes. Her favorite part of the meal was the soup. The pancakes were just 'warm' and she wished she just ordered with the soup. We did not know what was going on this night we were there, but the waitress seemed to get lost. I am not sure if she was ill, busy with customers in another area, but we were there longer than we needed to be.
We went another night just for dessert. Sharing a cream puff and a hot beverage. The waitress (different waitress) that night was excellent and attentive. The Cream Puff was fantastic. The crispness of the shell and sweetness of the cream and the drizzle on top all worked together.
The next night we took a piece of Black Forest Cheesecake to share. That was great too. The bittersweet taste of the chocolate and little sweetness of the cherries on top complimented each other. From one night to the next you can find your kind of treat and taste.
Wheelchair accessibility: From the parking lot (there is Handicap parking) there is a ramp and ground level seating within the restaurant.

We've been to Simon's a few times before because my husband likes the sandwiches but I'm a vegetarian and the options are limited. I usually get the Eggplant parm which is OK but this visit i did the veggie wrap and tater tots. The wrap came out on a plate soaked in pickle cheese. The veggie wrap had brown pieces of broccoli in it and the veggies were inconsistent in texture. I don't really care to come here but I do it for my hunny. If you're vegetarian steer clear

So many desserts so little time! Lots of drool-worthy desserts. Interestingly, my cherry cheesecake had two different layers & textures of cheesecake! And they have the best corn beef and pastrami. We are definitely going back. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Parking: Simon’s is in a shopping center near Marc’s, lots of parking.

Not bad for a plazza restaurant, slightly outdated. The staff will ignore you until you really get their attention when you first walk in. (It wasn't very busy either) Food was nothing special or at least the hot Italian sub. Meat was a little over cooked and rather crispy. A little bland taste, but very good soft sub roll.

“. I'm sorry I've been eating here for 40 years, always good last time I came in everything was cold and old! Today when I came in I look at the menu order a drink, 3 other people sat next to me order drinks and menu's, waitress took their orders brought their food took care of the people behind me. The hell with the old man that's been coming here and tipping very well for the last 40 years. Won't see me no more. John J”

Nice quaint restaurant. Service and food were good. The Veal parm is big and tasty. That is enough for dinner, but you also get a side if you are hungry for more.
