I just had the best experience here. I had the barista whose name is Cullen, and he really made sure to make me and my Bible study group feel fully welcome in this atmosphere. starbucks give cullen a raise asap

I actually can’t think of a worse Starbucks. Horrible workers - slow and unfriendly. No greetings, no cup messages, no thank you. The drinks are inconsistent and the wait time is INSUFFERABLE - even when there’s literally no one there. Whoever is in charge should be fired, along with every possible employee. Gut it and start fresh. This location sucks

I waited 30 minutes for my order today, they simply forgot about me until I reminded them, they were aggressive

I asked for a VENTI summer berry refresher and they gave me a tall instead of a Venti and they also gave me a normal straw instead of the one that they are supposed to give me for the Boba also, it took like five minutes to come and help me because I was listening and they were talking about boys and how you should never date so no I will not be coming back here I am very mad about their service and the drink that I got it will be thrown in the trash does not taste good.

This location is consistently the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We have given it multiple chances and it’s the same. The quality of the coffee after you wait an astronomical amount of time for it, is unacceptable. Very disappointing.

Normal Starbucks service was great as always, yet Starbucks struggles with inventory management.

I’m a faithful Starbucks customer and enjoy the product.
I have noticed many times that the store is not kept up well.
The floors and furniture are very sticky, all door windows are filthy and the bathrooms are not attended to appropriately.

I just want this store to feel welcoming since it has been renovated and I would like it to look spotless too.

Terrible customer service other than the young kid that took the drink order. Order 2 small iced coffees. Received one in a normal wait time however didn’t receive the 2nd. I inquired to ensure mine wasn’t missed and they simply shared we are just really busy with a lot of orders. This too I understand but how do you make one drink for the same order that are similar and not the other. My friend had completely finished hers and I had to ask again, not well received by anyone working. The staff could have handled it better, obviously Starbucks is always busy.

Literally stood in line, waited a while for someone to notice or come take my order, had a gentleman walk right in front of me and barista took his order. The barista smiled at me as if to say he noticed the guy cut but did nothing about it.

Little too pricey but always delicious and I definitely appreciate the exceptional customer service Starbucks always offers.
