Slow, slower, slowest. Ever since they re-opened it's been pretty bad. I frequently wait 15-20min on for an Americano, usually while staff are chatting. Even with mobile order. I just placed at 3:01, didn't receive my drink until 3:20
I’ve been going to this Starbucks for 2 years, no complaints! Kind and hardworking baristas!
