I was harassed by teen boys loitering at tables messing around with the two young workers behind the counter. I was going to call the police to make a report. Perhaps an adult should be hired as management other than one of the teen boys standing there behind the counter. Unacceptable.

Josh took care of me last night. He made the best sub I've ever had from any subway and I've been coming here for years. I ordered the black forest ham on garlic herbs and cheese. I was having a long day and he really cheered me up. Customer service was better than at a 5 star restaurant:) thank you Josh!!

This individual restaurant was fine. Clean nice staff, decent food. But ill never return to any subway.
Subway is a mismanaged, terrible franchise that sends out corporate coupons that no individual franchise takes. They advertise national sales and then no one takes part. Subway will be defunct in the next 10 years.

I paid $17 for a chicken wrap combo and around $15 for tuna. The chicken snack wraps were $3. Snack wraps are all bread and have virtually no filling. The new lavish wraps are stale, break apart and are not fluffy or soft. Also, way less filling than prior wraps. Contacting management through the app resulted with an apology and will pass along info. Further emails stated I could show the email for a free wrap. That's not how I ordered my initial order and the food was stale. Do not recommend!

This location does not take coupons...... Being fairly new to Brecksville, stopped in for a couple sandwiches to go.. I've been here twice, the first time and the last time. Not all people in Brecksville are rich and can afford the luxury of overpriced food, coupons are made to encourage customers, not turn them away. Thanks anyway, the Subway in Richfield take coupons.

Subway food is old and sits around all day. The sandwiches are low in meats and high in price. The foreign clerks dont wear gloves and are totally disinterested in customers. I no longer patronize these dirty expensive joints.

This subway is a very nice place. Always fresh foods here, good service and clean. The only weird thing is the blue "free library" box outside their store window. Perhaps move the box to the front of the local library? Frankly the whole "take a book, leave a book" concept was quaint pre-covid but just seems like a breeding ground for germs in a box. We're not anti free books.
