Wasn’t greeted upon entering, wasn’t ask how can I help you, and wasn’t spoken to besides being asked “what cheese?” and “toasted?”. The employees name was Sam. Not approachable or customer service friendly. The only thing that saved this review as a 3 star was the food is always fresh and great.

Came in today to one singular AMAZING employee. Her name was Dina and she was very kind and quick to make our order. She was obviously the only person in the store working. There was a big rush right behind us and she was very quick to make everyone’s food without messing with the quality. Thank you Dina for an amazing experience and I hope she gets notice for the amazing service she provides.

Sandwiches are made so bad they fall apart in the packaging, everything other than the meet slides off because they can't cut bread right
There's no possible way they train the employees. Almost every single time without fail sandwiches are made so bad ingredients fall out as soon as you open the sub and the sauce goes everywhere because they never cut them right. Seriously i can't remember getting a well made sub from this location.

Went in for a sub waited a solid 10 mins before “ jenny” was her name even came outta the back then she decided to tell me i was gonna wait for her online orders to be finished before i got my food …. Wont be back even the guy running the gas station next door said theyve had alot of complaints

Took a while to get food but there was so many people wanting food so that's understandable and very nice polite lady and gentleman appreciate the service and telling me about the deal that they had for the day keep up the good work.

Literally just left . The only person working gave me the wrong sandwich. As she thought it was wise to make 2. Wrap them set them side by side. And hand me one. I can't get a refund cause I can't return the sandwich per the manager. I drive truck. I'm long gone. I will never visit this place again!. Calling corporate tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable
