The last 2 times I went to the B-port location the service was amazing. But the food wasn’t that great. The biscuits tasted like cardboard, couldn’t finish them. Then I went again..our total was like $50 and the food tasted like a tv dinner. Not sure what went wrong but the quality of the food has gone way down. But the prices went up. I’ll miss the biscuits and gravy but it’s awful.. I’m too scared to try again.

We came in later in the evening (probably 9pm) after my childs Christmas show with 4 kids & 4 adults. We were stleated quickly & the food was good, as it is always, but our waiter was amazing! So friendly & fun! I wish I was better with names because I'd give him a shout out here!

I've been ordering from this location for the past year. Unfortunately it's the only restaurant that will deliver to my area that isn't pizza. The food quality is getting worse and portions are getting more skimpy. I gave them one more chance and once again the order was missing items and the chicken was rubbery. I didn't get any avocado in my avocado chicken. My side of corn was missing. They didn't give me any butter for the rolls. They gave me a half filled small container of gravy for the family sized mashed potatoes. This meal cost me over $100! I will NOT be ordering from them ever again! TERRIBLE!!!
