Customer service was awful, 1 teenage girl was actually serving us and being nice but when she was away taking food to someone else, we asked another teenage worker for a lid for our sundaes she completely ignored us after we politely asked multiple times! We asked the other worker what her name was and she told us paisley!! Ultimately she made the experience awful for us

Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and said she likes peppa pig, pink, and rainbows and they did an amazing job bringing my last minute request to life and the price was amazing for the size of the cake!! She was ecstatic when she saw it and it definitely made her day:)

Went around dinner time, and service was quick, and the food was fresh. The only "critique " was that there was a bit too much mustard on the burger, but that's no big deal.
Parking: The amount of parking spots is somewhat limited, given the location. It can be hard to go inside if the place is busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there is either 1 or 2 parking spots for handicap parking

Over charges alot if u ask for a thick Milkshake. Charge you the price of a blizzard. Small Milkshake asked for it to be thick get charged for a large blizzard crazy certain staff are rude.
