This is a fake, non-authentic Japanese restaurant, and the owner and workers are all Chinese. God knows where the frying oil came from or how long it has been used. I didn’t see anyone making sushi here — it could be brought in from somewhere else or even from a supermarket. The food is not fresh. If you care about yourself, avoid eating this type of food.
The owner is super nice and the food was great

Popular items include the Chicken Bento box and California and Philly rolls. The restaurant is known for its generous portions, leaving customers more than full. The service is absolutely amazing, the owners are very welcoming and overall great. The food is also fantastic. Fuji Japan is a welcoming and hardworking family-run establishment, highly recommended for its consistently fresh and delicious food. The dragon roll is absolutely delicious.
