We ordered online. 2 pizzas, one just pepperoni, the other pepperoni mushrooms also cooked well done with light cheese. They didnt cook it well done ( very flimsy) and definitely was not light cheese. Then also they don't have drivers so they use doordash. It took a hour and 20 mins to get our food. It was not a good dinner whatsoever.

I do not know why this store will not ever send my extra sauces that I pay for and which print out on the ticket, but it’s driving me nuts. They send my order out with DoorDash so the dasher won’t ever ask for the sauces and Papa John’s won’t fix the issue because it was sent to DoorDash. I can’t get refunds on them either.

Walked in and employees didn't acknowledge me. One of them was standing in front of me and said nothing. A guy came in a few minutes later and they greeted him and asked him what his order was. After that they asked me what my order number was told them i didnt know since my husband placed the order. I gave his name and the employee looked at the orders waiting to be picked up then walked off to box pizzas. Another guy walked in they greeted him and asked about his order. When the employee was done he went back to the waiting orders and pulled one that clearly had my husband's name on multiple boxes and asked if it was mine.
Pizza was warm and the sauce cup was only half full. Bread sticks were hard on the bottom

Ordered in store and being greated by Jonathon and Bethany made us feel so very wrlcome , these days people feel like we are bothering employees by walking in . So Thank you for making our experience pleasant and you did a 5 star on the pizza !!!

Get a person on your phone that can actually speak English and understand your words properly I had to explain to your worker 5 separate times how to spell GOULD and she still got it wrong every. Single. Time.

Ordered on Papa Johns website but the order was delivered by doordash. If I would have known it was going to be doordash I would have never ordered. It took almost an hour and a half to get my order which wasn't in a hot bag. I live 2 miles from Papa johns and the order was cold. You can see grease on the box which tells me they sat at the restaurant waiting on the driver. If Papa johns doesn't use there own drivers I will not order again.
