Our group of friends wanted to get together at Brew Wall to watch the Browns game, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The ambiance is great. We were shocked at the lack of knowledge of your bartender when we had issues with pouring beer. We asked for help multiple times but kept getting "not my area so I don't get involved". When we first arrived no one was around to greet anyone and there were others waiting as well but they left. We stayed to find someone and again saw the Bartender who ignored us until we walked in to ask her for help, which she said were short staffed. We saw many patrons come in and leave due to lack of help at the food order station. We asked multiple times for the TVs to show the Browns Game but no one seemed to know how to work the Tvs, plus they said the audio wasn't working, which is ok. Just the lack of knowledge and help from the staff was frustrating to us. Great place, with no staff assistance. We want to come back but uncertain if we can get others to join. We were also shocked that the place was empty for a Browns Game, but the other patrons that came in left quickly as the process to some is confusing and left as no one was around to help. The food was awesome as we love Antonio's. Other issue is the advertisement for 1/2 off wings. We all ordered but did not get the 1/2 price on all orders. I ordered a 12 order which we did get 1/2 off but not the 8 order and at that time, we just wanted to leave. Hopefully you can employ competent staff as Brew Wall is a great place and would hate to see it close due to lack of good staff.
Ashley was our main server and she was AMAZING. Very attentive, personable and knowledgeable.

Really cool place to grab a bite and a drink. Definitely a different set up as it’s not a traditional sit down restaurant. Once you get the hang of ordering and how to use the beer wall it’s pretty great.

Great casual place to eat. Nice selection of beers and drinks however, I wish they brought in a wine Chianti wine. It would go great with their menu.

Not impressed with this concept. It was very confusing ordering and the person helping us acted like it was easy and was impatient. My salad was mediocre and my husband's stromboli came out raw on the bottom. They redid it and he took it home because it took so long. We threw it away when we got home because it raw(doughy) also. They blamed it on a new cook. Needless to say we will not be back.

Hosted a party in their event space and had such a lovely time! Erin & Lelia were immensely helpful in planning and service throughout the event. The food was delicious and the beer wall added a nice touch to the experience. Keep Brew Wall in mind for your next party space!

Average tasting, overpriced pizza. For a place that has pizzeria in their restaurant name, we were not impressed. We ate inside the dining room expecting hot, fresh from the oven pizza. What we got were luke warm pies. We've had hotter pizzas delivered to our home for a lot less money. Manager stopped by table and asked us how the food was. We told him it wasn't hot. He apologized and said next time to ask for him and he'd make sure it was hot. Didn't offer a discount for sub-par food. We won't be going back.

Our 1st time there, and they just launched table service in the bar area.
Perhaps that's why the service was a bit slow.
My Patty Melt (a special that day) was good except it was quite soggy where it sat on the plate.
The fries were delicious.

This place was REALLY cool. They check you in the front and have a hostess show you how everything works- you get a wristband and everything is self served. So there is a fantastic beer selection on the wall, along with other drinks like margaritas, wine and even liquor on tap. You scan your wrist band and pour; i got the margaritas and they have lime juice with sugar/salt to rim the glass, I got some ice and poured away! There is a hefty pizza menu and the food was delicious. Service was awesome, our hostess was Cecilia and she was super sweet and walked us though the whole process, gave us suggestions and made us feel like pros. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning

I'm not a fan of “do it yourself” restaurants. It has nothing to do with the food. I love Antonio's pizza. When I go out to eat, I want to be waited on. I prefer a traditional restaurant.
All good things must come to an end! Whoever told BrewWall that adding a bar is a good idea was WRONG! You're trading real estate for mixed drinks. I came to the BrewWall for the beer on the wall and great food. Now there's even less places to sit. You're going to realize that the money you lose on food is going to be greater than what you make on mixed drinks.
