What is wrong with the person who seats people? You guide us over to our table, slap the menus on it, and walk away. You don't tell us who our server is. You don't tell the server that she has a table, so we wait 15 minutes to even get a drink order in. Sharon, our server, was fabulous. Bob Evans, you can do better.

Horrible. The wait time was way too long. If you don't mind the company of fruit flies or what ever was flying around. Food did not look fresh or what was ordered. Ordered hand breaded fried chicken breast. It looked more like road kill.

Haven't been to Bob Evans for a few months. Pot Roast entree was HALF the size it use to be !! Price didn't go down. NOT the way to keep customers. ME included !

Same experience every time. Order online. Your food will be ready at 9:50. Arrive to pick up at 9:45. Food sits on counter while no employee acknowledges you until 10:05. "Oh, you're here? Sorry for the wait." Enjoy your cold food. Think to yourself, "I'm never ordering from here again." Repeat in a few months. Forever. Over and over. Until the end of time.

Worst service experience of any restaurant we have ever been in in the entire world. 4 people were dining, food came out as if we were four individual diners. Pancakes with no butter or syrup. Salad messed up twice and eventually taken to go. All of our orders came at different times to the point that we were eating individually at the same table. No compensation for the poor service when we paid our bill. The manager tried to justify our poor experience. Short-staffed, not a regular server. Sadly the manager said I hope you'll return and we responded with we certainly will not. Very poor experience.

Our 'waitress' made it a point of saying she wasn't a waitress and didn't know the menu. There was only one or two tables of people besides us. The food took too long for there being nobody there and half of it wasn't even warm. The waitress said there weren't many people there because it was a 'weeknight', but after seeing other's reviews and knowing how our service was people just don't want to eat there and I don't blame them. The breakfast service is 'much' better.
