Ordered the Breakfast Burrito for lunch and it was a lot of food and very tasty. Will order again.

This order was about my 6th order placed this year. Food is delicious, always prepared per the order and nothing has been missing. Can’t ask for anything else.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn people. I came in expecting a decent-sized burrito, and what I got looked like a sad, shrunken, halfhearted attempt at food — barely 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. That’s not a burrito, that’s a snack you’d give a toddler. For the price they charge, it’s downright insulting.

When I politely mentioned the size and asked if they could make it right, the staff couldn’t have cared less. They were dismissive, rude, and made it seem like I was the problem for expecting something that actually resembled a meal. Zero effort to accommodate or even acknowledge that my order was unacceptable.

The food itself? Dry, bland, and thrown together without any care. Honestly, I’ve had better burritos from a gas station microwave. Combine that with the terrible service and you’ve got a place I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Save your time, your money, and your appetite — there are far better places that will actually respect their customers and serve something worth eating.

$15 for the burrito in the photo is absolutely ridiculous. That 15 is rounding down and also before tax. Purchased today, March 25, 2025. The nerve some of these places have to charge what they do. Service was subpar as well.

Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.

Cook was super chill and quick wit it. Burrito was fire and the queso was Mexican restaurant esque. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I'm writing this for the owners.

I'm somewhat of a regular to Bubbakoos. I go often. The food is made fresh and it's better than some of the other food places nearby.

The last two times I've gone I've ordered the BirriaDilla. It wasn't until after the food was on the grill that the person making it tells me that they are out of the Birria sauce.
Had I known that I would've ordered something else. I'm not into asking for something different or saying I don't want something after the prep has begun.

What I am asking tho is to please ask your employees to inform the customer as soon as they request a BirriaDilla that you are out of the Birria sauce. The Birria sauce makes all the difference in my opinion. I wish I would've known.
Disappointed customer.
