I repeatedly and clearly said over and over again that there should be absolutely nothing related to pork in the food, please. The person who took the order confirmed multiple times that they understood. However, when I was almost finished eating the order, I noticed that it contained pork bacon. I asked again why this was done, but they did not admit it. There is a camera right above their head. I am sure this was done knowingly and intentionally, because I repeated myself many times to avoid any mistake, and they confirmed it each time.
I placed the order on December 18, 2025 at 8:05 PM. Order number 49. We have a large group, and it is enough to mention this place in the group so that everyone recognizes it. Shame on you.

The bad reviews didn't echo our experience. The manager was super friendly and had a great attitude. It was actually the best BK food I've had in a very long time. We stopped in around 11 PM, and there were three or four other people in front of us - but the attention to detail on the food made it taste unusually good by fast food standards. Definitely retain and promote the guy that was managing the place Dec 8 nightshift; he obviously knows how to lead a team.

Management at the location should be replaced. One employee on a shift is insane. This is the second time I've arrived to find an unstaffed restaurant. A moment later, the lone employee walked up to the counter and was super polite and helpful. Frankly, I feel bad for the guy. While I was waiting for him to make my order, another customer was incredibly rude to him because there isn't a cash drawer at night since he is alone.
I guess we just don’t accept legal tender at stores anymore?

Pleasantly surprised the guy was so nice. These night shift workers at Burger King are usually awful at the service plazas. The guy was very kind and he hooked me up with a decent portion of mayonnaise when I realized I forgot to get some earlier.
If you’re in the turnpike coming this way from vermilion, DONT stop in vermilion, wait til you pass here. Last time we went to vermilion, they lost our mobile order, took an hour to get the employees attention cuz she kept literally ignoring us and walking away. Then she CALLED THE COPS on us lying saying we stole the food. (Theres cameras, we got a refund)
That Burger King is so bad that I actually am now boycotting Burger King. But i really appreciated the mayo this nice employee gave me because I forgot to get it at subway.
