Came here and it was closed when everything else says it’s open. It’s not like I can just pull off the interstate somewhere and go find food. I drive a truck for a living so it’s almost impossible to find something late at night. You all definitely misrepresented yourself about this

Don't bother stopping here. They don't have very good customer service at all. They have a rude little punk named Nick who doesn't want to do his job but will call the customers lazy. When he's standing around doing nothing. And then when they do give you your food they put a ton of salt on it.

The BEST Whopper I've had in many years! I was here on Christmas Eve and very happy that they were open. Other turnpike sites were closed by 6pm on the 24th. I noticed that the team member was very meticulous about adding on my extra pickles as requested and did not hold back on the rest of the condiments. I don't know if I was really hungry that made it taste SO GOOD, but I noticed that the bun was really tasty and didn't disintegrate like I've noticed over the last decade. I would consider myself a BK connoisseur as I have been a customer since 1983 and have tried everything on the menu, new, old, and forgotten. This was so delicious, I know I need to stop again on my next trip next week!!!

Off the Turnpike in Ohio. Clean restroom. Starbucks, Burger King, Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut was open but no one was there to take orders. Never used a kiosk to order. Not two hard but all charge card paying at the kiosk. Not impressed.

They were slow. The two guys talked about who was going to wait on me. I am 70. The fries were cold and chicken nuggets were over cooked and cold. You would have thought that my food would have been fresh. I didn't go up and say anything because of the way I was treated when I first got their. No, I won't go their again.

Lady at the counter was doing a crossword puzzle. We inquired about the menu, since the menu boards were black. We couldn't get a decent reply from her... she was busy doing nothing I guess. So she pointed at the black menu boards- what does that even mean? Very strange.

Extremely rude person at counter. Stopped in at 4:30 PM. on Saturday 8-5 and ordered food at the counter. The employee working the register was on his phone taking pictures and not even looking at me. I ordered my food, and the whole time, he is tesxting on his phone and taking selfies. Then I had to tell hi. When my food was up on the warming rack because he was still on his phone texting. I told him my food was ready and he got irritated with me and I said sorry to interrupt your phone but I'm in a hurry and he said "looks like you're just standing there". Extremely rude. Then he slams my food in the bag and doesn't even hand it to me he just toss it on the counter and walked away. Absolutely amazing how disrespectful!!!!
I went to this burger king and I got bobificated. The bobification made my head feel dizzy and I turned into almighty bob. This was quite a delightful experience.

I drive a semi truck and OH turnpike is my regular route, occasionally I stop here and there to have a meal. Last night 06/28/2023 me and my wife parked the truck and headed to the BK in the rest area, we were really hungry and knowing BK is 24 hours we were ready to order some food, but for our surprise, a guy playing with his cellphone told us they were closed. Boomer, we had to go to sleep hungry. Today we were to made a complain and found out they do not even have a manager on duty, well a Crew leader told us "the manager is in another store I told her about your complain".How can you give a quality service if no one is supervising?Hopefully BK will fix this or they will be loosing more business..

Absolutely horrendous experience, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before we had to personally get the employees attention to take our order! Then once we ordered he didn’t give us our receipt, AND we had to wait over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich! That wasn’t even spicy like I ordered! All the employees there were on their phones and messing around, they didn’t even care to say anything to us except the total and the wait time. This Burger King is easily the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, and their employees were just three kids that looked to be about 15 with no adult supervisor. Don’t even get me started on how disgusting the soda machine is and the counter! I ruined a pair of pants just because of the soda machine! I do NOT recommend eating here! I recommend starving over eating here. I hope this place shuts down or gets different employees. So disappointed, I wish there was a zero star option on here.
