Generally only deal with kiosk but I did notice 1 thing its an electronic why is there not more than 2 languages with said kiosk this location is on a busy tourist route thousands if not hundreds of thousands stop at this service plaza everyday just an option I thought about. Food has been good. Interactions with the people been great.

This was worst experience ever and they gave me old burnt up food and knew it wasn’t fit for a dog. The lady acted lady she didn’t want to serve people who had different skin tone to begin with. I will never ever stop there again. I advise nobody else should either because after one bite and breaking a piece for someone to try we both looked at each other & spitting it out.

The lady that is working on Monday 5/26 at 8:30am is super rude! Asked if I got my orange juice yet and I told her no, she gave me a cup for pop and just turned around and left. I asked her I’m suppose to have orange juice too. She said rudely “that why I asked you if you got it yet!” I said no, she said “YOU NEED GO GET IT YOURSELF!” I told her that I didn’t know we are suppose to grab it. She’s said GET IT YOURSELF! I told her she’s being rude. She claims she can’t hear back there. I told her it doesn’t mean you talk that way to me. She said thanks bye! She needs a new job. She don’t like what she’s doing please leave don’t ruin others morning just because your having a bad day. So unprofessional.
