Didn't fill cup of iced coffee, left an inch and a half of space from the top. When I politely asked them to top it off with coffee, all they did was add more ice. Don't shrink your product if you're not going to shrink the price.

I frequent several Dunkins and this one cannot keep up. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building and often takes over 20 minutes just to get to the speaker, but that's not what I'm here to talk about. DO NOT EVER go inside. You're asking to be disappointed and frustrated. I live across the street and NEVER have I got good service at this location. You will not get greeted. If you are trying to order they will ignore you and make you wait until they decide it's convenient for them. Ive been told to my face that they only care about the drive thru. And I do feel for them because this is probably due to pressure for drive thru times from corporate, but this is SAD. Dunkin is proving they do not care about the people they're serving. How sad.

I’ve been coming here since middle school and always get their bagels but the last few months they’ve been putting barely any cream cheese on the bagels, like a ridiculously small amount that barely covers the bagel. I almost feel like I’m being pranked by the amount of cream cheese they’ve been giving me, it’s like I’m eating straight bread. Get it together Dunkin

i used to work here and i really don’t know what happened to this place. i waited nearly a half an hour in the drive through for 2 iced teas, totally insane honestly i don’t know how they keep open running drive through times like this

There’s no service like no service! I can’t even call it slow service since I sat at the drive thru ordering point for 5+ minutes without even an acknowledgment. So, my tip reflects the level service….. NO TIP FOR YOU !

We are actively waiting at the window and have been for over 25 minutes. There are only two cars in line. They got our order incorrect and then proceeded to let us sit at the window to only give us the wrong food after correcting them several times. I have no idea who runs this location, but clearly it isn’t by anyone competent.
