Service is terrible we ordered our frozen coffee and had to wait 30-40 minuets in the drive three and when we got outlet frozen coffee. Its wasn’t frozen at all whip cream was all melted and the what was supposed to be a frozen coffee was more like at room temp!! It’s like they made it right away and then let it sit by the window for 30 min . Extremely disappointed this is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience and am tiered of wasting my money at this location for sure will not go here agin if you plan on going here plan on waiting a while your burning all that gas in the drive-through

it looked like only three people were working on 7th of November, and I had to add a late item to my order in the busy drive-through. They were very kind understanding and made it quickly as I pulled around to come inside and get it. Kudos to those three for working hard And not making me feel like an inconvenience while they were busy!!!

Staff here is always polite, but the last 3 times that I've stopped by, around 4:30 pm, they've been COMPLETELY out of doughnuts. Closing is at 9:00 pm. They are still open for 4.5 hours! Isn't it time for someone to make the donghnuts?! 😮💨

I went today for the free coffee with any putchase, when i order and went to the window to pay i scanned the code for free coffee. the price never changed but i thought maybe it was a glitch on the screen so i proceeded to pay, i also asked about the free coffee with any purchase since im a member and should’ve gotten the offer. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t know how to do that and gave me my stuff and apologized again. I wished i would’ve said something before paying and gotten someone that did know how to do that because that was my only reason i went to get coffee today since the deal was going on. working in the food industry she should’ve asked someone how to do that since multiple customer were definitely coming in today to get the deal, very disappointed in this location.
Even if the drive thru line looks long, don’t go in as that will take even longer. I’ve tried it 3 times now and each time it’s slower

I've been going to this location for years. Usually order coffee with the flavors under the name victoria my gf has the account I just use hers to order even though its attached to my credit card. Anyway, this place cant make coffee at all and this location over the years has gone done hill badly. Stay away at all cost. I work in Garfield heights youre better off going to that location. Stay away every order I get from this place is always wrong. Coffee cream and sugar with blueberry and they cant even make that right. Usually blueberry with cream no sugar comes out.
