Waited a very long time for my food. Been to other First Watch restaurants and the wait is usually for a seat not my meal. I ordered the trifecta and my Belgian waffle was crispy all the way through.

I want to start by saying our waitress was fantastic, all my complaints are directed at the restaurant itself and not her. We received moldy fruit from the kitchen.. and the hostess was actively texting at the hostess stand while we were trying to pay. When asked if she could stop texting and pay attention so we could check out her response was “well I haven’t talked to this person for a couple days” this was today December 21st 2025 and we checked out I would estimate around 1-1:15 pm est

The food was horrible... The waitress was excellent, but the food again was horrible.I even ordered something different, and it still did not come out.No flavorAnd the first round of eggs, benedict was cold as ice.He threw on shredded chip chopped ham instead of a slice of grilled ham.It was terrible.. I would never order there again
This store was very busy today, it was slammed. They did a wonderful job in getting tables cleared when people left to get people that were in the front waiting for tables seated. It's a great team they have at this store. I love this place. Today's date is November 23rd 2025.

My boyfriend and I go to First Watch at least once a week and always have a great experience. The coffee wakes us up and the food is delicious. Brigitt is amazing, takes great care of us, and we always enjoy chatting with her. Highly recommend!
