Good pizza 🍕 and fried chicken 🐔 . Went on Black Friday for their annual half off gift cards 💳.

I was eating my food and I noticed something that should be disclosed in there menu. About there fried chicken ,the chicken breast comes without the tender . Yes I discovered they remove the tenders in there chicken breast so therefore it's not a full breast. I herd of cutting corner but to cheat your customers out of what they pay for is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of doing this to people that come to your location. I wonder if this is a chain tactic .something I will be looking into but GIONINOS YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND 6 OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS ALSO..hope it was worth it..hope the worth it to save a few bucks and steal from us..

I never thought any pizzeria could screw up a pizza so bad. It was THE ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA OF MY LIFE ! I ordered a large sausage, onion and mushroom pizza that had 7 small pieces of sausage on it. The texture of the onions were as if they never even peeled them. I had to throw it in the trash. Almost $25 wasted. It was my first and last time there.

Gionino's has the best sheet/half sheet pizza i have ever had. 32 pieces of awesomeness!! You gotta try it to know how good pizza can be.

When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(
