Ordered a large amount of food for a group. Employees were friendly and professional. Would definitely order from them again for another large event.

Guy in there super nice and seems well kept together, the two girls working there were a bit rude. Got an Italian sub was bland for $20.

I am so frustrated. Let me preface this by saying I worked at JMs for years, managed locations and even opened new locations in Texas. I know how a sandwich is supposed to be made, the values of the company, and what is expected of its employees. Today fell short on all aspects. I called in my order over the phone and was very clear with what I wanted. The lady over the phone seemed rude and impatient while taking
my order. When I arrived it seemed like the rush just finished, I checked my sandwich before I left and it was incorrect. I had to have it remade, in the mean time 5 more people walked in behind me. I felt bad because now I am holding them up when I was trying to save everyone time by calling ahead. I saw how she cut my meat, it was not flowered, it was flat on the sub. When they went to cut the bread they didn’t cut it thru so I had to pull it apart which made a mess later. They wrapped it incorrectly as well, the sandwich leaked ALL OVER MY SEAT. I counted the logos on the paper, there are supposed to be 4, I saw 3. Everything is done with intention at JM and the team is supposed to take pride in their work. A rush is not a reason or excuse for subpar product. You are paying for a premium sandwich the experience should be as well. I hate to be this “Karen” but if this was my store NONE of this would have happened. I really hope someone reads this and takes it as an opportunity to empower the team to excellence.

Typically one of our go to subs.
Both subs had little to no meat, more cheese than meat. Basically they were all bread. Very disappointed and will try another location next time. If at all.

Literally threw my food away. I’m not sure who the franchise owner is but they should really work on their management of this location. The place is an absolute mess. Employees have dirt swept into piles all over. Not even cleaned up. Then it’s like pulling teeth to get your order and they mess it all up anyways and give it to you wrong. I sat at a table and then just decided to throw the food away. I have been to many different locations for Jersey Mikes and usually have a pleasant experience but this location tops the charts for being poorly managed. No surprise based off the other recent reviews.

Ordered a J. Mike cheese steak sandwich. I have had these before at other places. Wife and stop in to get a sandwich to eat on the ride home from hospital. We asked to separate into half so we could share. We tried to eat it. There was SO much juice it spilled out of the wrapping. It stained my wifes shirt. It made my bread soggy. We never had one of this like this one ever. It tasted strange. We won't be back. We just threw money away, and the sandwich!

I try always to give the benefit of the doubt but, this location had Horrible customer service. Man working there was rude and didn’t get order right. We will not return to this location and will steer people away.

Staff completely incompetent when it comes to customer service. They were more worried about having fun than working. Loud music that was way too loud. Replace the staff and this place might be better.

crappy employees who do the opposite of their job. don’t leave a tip because they sure won’t accommodate any of your requests! not even when it’s simple like ‘extra lettuce’ smh .. do better :)

Ordered an original Italian and got ham and pepperoni. Not going back

I have been to this location twice now. Both times the employees were EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I will not go back there again as I’m not going to subject myself to that. When I complained to the “manager” tonight, he tried to turn it around on me, saying I didn’t give my proper order soon enough. I said it three times… they didn’t pay attention and then were extremely rude. Never again will I go there.
