Jersey Mike's Subs

I've ordered from this location 3 times now and each time my order has been completely wrong. I order online for delivery and the receipt attached to my order shows I've entered everything correctly, yet my order has been completely wrong every time. Not sure what's going on in their kitchen, but the folks reading/making online orders need to READ the order properly. Very disappointing as it's conveniently close to my workplace and I'd like to give them my business. If you don't care if your order is consistently incorrect, then this is the Jersey Mike's location for you.

Appalled at the comments and service by the employee Gwen at this location.
I came in to order a GLUTEN FREE sub. Before the other employee proceeded to make the sub, she asked Gwen to remove a gluten piece of bread from the counter, then the employee was going to place the paper down on the same counter which was covered in crumbs from the gluten bread. I asked Gwen to wipe the counter before making my Gluten free sub, and Gwen wiped the counter off with the same gloved hand that touched gluten. I asked if she could wipe it down with a clean sanitized cloth.. to my surprise Gwen then proceeded to argue with me and point out the sign about not
Guaranteeing 100% gluten free cross contamination, which I already knew and understood. BUT that doesn't mean as an employee you can't do basic cleaning for an allergy to prevent cross contamination especially when asked by a guest. Gwen then proceeded to tell me, as she wiped the counter with a dry rag, if the gluten allergy is bad I shouldn't even be eating there. Gwen was absolutely disrespectful and in the wrong. Then proceeded to glare at me from a distance as if I was in the wrong.
Kindness goes a long way and Gwen should learn a thing or two about customer service instead of being rude and disrespectful. Gwen's poor attitude and lack of consideration for an allergy will make a great business horrible.
The rest of the staff was amazing and caring after the fact, and proceeded with caution while finishing up the sub.
If Gwen was my employee she would’ve been FIRED.

My sub was quite literally thrown together with no effort. The lady that made it was also on her phone while I was paying for my food. Never coming back here. Terrible customer service.

Went to get lunch today with my daughter who is gluten free. Alyssa was who served us and she was so aware of what was needed with this allergy. She changed her gloves to prepare my daughter’s sandwich and was very aware of the process to keep the food safe. We appreciate her helpfulness and definitely recommend this location for any GF people! The rest of the staff was helpful as well and the sandwiches were great!

I got my lunch here the past 2 days my sub was so delicious both times. And staff here is great. Thank you.

Food was ok. The place was deplorable. No soap in restroom. Front door disgusting with greasy dirty handprints. Literally every single table was dirty. Food and garbage all over floor. Employees standing around doing nothing. Gross! I would recommend going elsewhere.

I go to this location often as this is my favorite sub shop. The bread is always very good and fresh but today it was pretty obvious it was old bread. I'm guessing that it was the day after a holiday and whoever was supposed to make the bread this morning might have skipped it this morning and used old bread. Lol. Sub was still good but I really love when it's fresh.

Been coming to this location for awhile and it’s excellent. Love the big kahuna and the original Italian. The red pepper relish is a great addition to any sandwich.

Called in stating I’d like to place a pick up order and the response was “what’s up” and I said excuse me and the response again was “what’s up” who answers a phone at a business like that?Picked up order and realized this place has really gone downhill ordered the chicken California and it was 95% bread,tomato,lettuce there was hardly any chicken on it. Won’t be back would not recommend. It’s a shame because they used to make a good sandwich, they all have poor attitudes
