Facility is extremely dirty, tables & benches & counters, kiosks etc, no sanitary wipes available, bathrooms are gross! Absolutely discouraging to continue to come to Mc Donald's when the employees/ companies dont care about cleanliness or appearance!

I came in today around lunch time, the girl at the front counter was respectful and took my order, she let me know it was her 1st week so I graciously gave her time to take my order. Meanwhile 2 female workers in the back bagging food were extremely loud and unprofessional; they kept laughing loudly, I overheard a man that was deep frying the fries say āshe mustāve rode in on the short busā I felt personally offended because I have a son thatās special needs and to hear that was deeply disturbing!!,Very unprofessional work place!

Did drive thru on 10/17/24, went through quickly and efficiently and had one of the better McChicken experiences I've had in a while! Genuinely delicious, it truly had a lot of flavor and I was very pleased.

Ordered 2c deluxe, gave me wrong order, by the time I realized it, had already Bitten into burger, fries cold, explained and showed recite to front desk agent said not my fault I'm doing burgers.I humbled myself and left. Ret.United States Marine 0311 ground pounder.

Was told to āyou know what , get out out of āmyā (his) line, im the manager &Iām not serving you todayā simply because I said I donāt have a code to use I just want a happy meal and that ill pull up the QR code so they could scan it, to receive points for my purchase on the app when I get to the window to pay, as I normally would when Iām using something thatās NOT going to change or need to modify my order but the app was taking long to load and i couldāve been ordering, moving ahead while it loaded yet I was told āI understand itās taking a while to load but it actually works out better for usā I in no way was rude, hostile or even complained. I simply stated that Iām on a timed lunch break and instead of getting a lecture I would like to receive customer service that works out for me too. I didnāt know that the manager that works at this location at 2:45pm 10/01/24 owns the place and is within his company policy to refuse service to customers who are not hostile, expect courtesy and professionalism, I had 3 cars move ahead of me during this intersction where I was basically told to cater to him, yet heās the one being paid to provide a service not make me wait to order while Iām at the speaker, aggressively lecture me and then attack me when I say I simply just want to order my food I donāt even care about the code anymore. Yikes !!

I have no choice but to eat at McDonald's since Bob Evans left the area. No sidewalks in the area to walk around.
Wheelchair accessibility: Taking your life in your hands trying to get into McDonald's since the regular sidewalk doesn't connect with the street. You have to use the driveway to get in.
