I ordered a Caramel macchiato
Terribly done, very tasteless!
I have never tasted worse coffee
I do not understand the indifference of this institution to customer service and its products.
How can such crap be sold, people are not pigs.

I ordered a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and I asked them to subtract one pump of the vanilla syrup. When I got it, all I could taste was vanilla syrup. When I said something to the cashier, she said that they could remake it, but it will just taste the same because that’s the way they make it. The employees at this store need to be retrained on how to make the drinks they are selling. When you are spending almost $10 for a cup of coffee, you expect it to be right.

Great place for meetings!
Ordered ahead here while on a road trip. Despite the fact employees were present, the place still wasn't open a full 30 minutes after the posted time. When I asked the employee when they'd open, she gave me a time that passed 5 minutes ago.

Like everyone else I love their drinks. I don't drink coffee but their refreshers are delicious. Also love the tomato caprese sandwich, vanilla scones and cake pops.
