We arrived early for our dinner reservation, but the staff was able to seat us right away. The hostess let us know there might be a short wait before we could place our order, as a new server’s shift was about to begin. Fortunately, another server stepped in to take our drink orders, and the delay was minimal. The service throughout was helpful and attentive. The food was excellent—especially the Salmon Mignon—and everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We will definitely be returning!

We made reservations here to celebrate my goddaughter’s 21st birthday. Our reservation was made for 7p Saturday, we arrived a little earlier and were seated by the hostess at approximately 6:55p. We proceeded to chat for a while awaiting our server. We continued to chat….still no server. We continued to wait. No acknowledgment, nobody indicating something to the effect…”I’ll be right with you”.

Finally the hostess came over and asked if the server had been to our table yet. We said no, she then stated she would track the server down and bring her over. So we waited some more. At this time, it was going on over 15 minutes since we were sat by the hostess. No acknowledgement, no drinks, no nothing. I finally had to flag down a busboy to get waters for our table. After we received the water, another 5 minutes went by and I again went up to the hostess complaining that nobody has been to our table. She apologized and made the excuse they were very busy and understaffed (I’m sorry but that is an unacceptable answer).

Finally after a second time chatting with the hostess, our server showed up. We proceeded to order appetizers and a round of drinks. The appetizers came out and were very good, we had the meatballs and a wedding soup. Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t make their way out until well after we finished the appetizers. By this time, I estimated we had been seated in the restaurant for over 30 minutes without any drinks other than water from the busboy.

Mind you it was a little busy being that it was Saturday night, but I do not recall every table being full in the dining room area. It appeared there were a total of 3 servers but Nobody was moving fast. No smile, , no hustle, no nothing.

The entrees ended up being very good. I had the chicken Marsala and would not hesitate to order it again if I had the chance.

The problem though was the service. Frankly it sucked! It’s amazing how poor service can ruin a meal just as easily as sub-par food. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to this restaurant, I’ve always wanted to try it as I live very close by in North Royalton. But frankly after this, I would be way more inclined to go back to D’Agnese’s (right across the street) where I know I will get great service and great food.

I ended up tipping the server well under my standard 20% minimum. I hate doing that, I’ve been in the service business myself and I know how hard the job can be. But I’m sorry, a good tip was not warranted and I’m not leaving a good tip after crappy service.

I may try the place again and just sit at the bar….but frankly it will not be high on the list anytime soon.

Was at a small private party in the room to the right of the bar. Nice spot for a Shower or small party

Made a reservation for two to celebrate my sisters birthday. The hostess sat us at a table with dirty linen and did not provide any menus for the table. When I went to ask for the drink menus, I was told again to wait for our server. I had to reassure the hostess I was aware but we had no menus for the table. I felt it a bit rude.

The server was nice, but did not offer any specials or meal selections. This was our first time coming here. Our order was wrong for both the pizza and for the dessert. But we did not mind. The restaurant was not very busy. The ambiance was nice. The live music and decor was a plus.

When we left we did take some pictures by the tree and throne since it was decorated for St Patrick’s Day. I am contemplating on returning it seemed nice but I felt like I didn’t have the greatest experience. Food was good, but felt the customer service was not very good.

They went all out for Valentine's Day. A Valentine's Christmas Tree. So unique. Other patrons were very friendly. The bartender was friendly and she explained the specials. The music was fun. Great atmosphere. The bar snacks were just right to enjoy with your coctail.

First time here for dinner. The menu is expansive, our server was super helpful with some dietary needs that we had and the food was amazing. Great acoustics, so that even though it was rather busy, we had not problem hearing each other to have a conversation. Totally recommend.

The atmosphere decorated for Valentine’s Day and food was good. But they were short staffed and very unorganized. A waitress coming in on her day off to pick up her paycheck saved the day. She jumped in and started taking orders, bringing water and bread really was a tremendous help. If it wasn’t for her we would have left. This place needs better management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see alot of great reviews but we weren't as fortunate and my wife dosen't like me to complain but after a 100.00 bill for 2 I have to. So the 15.00 wedge salad comes out with alot of white rind very little bacon bits and a watered down green Godiva dressing not so great then the so to say olive oil I think it was soy or cannula oil very little flavor but the overbaked bread was good and crunchy, then came my chicken marsala fried in bread crumbs with not even a hint of marsala wine taste and the wife's picatta was about the same no taste of lemon or garlic but you got a huge plate of tasteless spaghetti noodles, we will stick with stancatos in parma , I hate spending that kind of money for a tasteless meal ,they should of had salt an pepper on the table ,maybe it was a bad nite I don't really know
