We arrived an hour and a half before closing. Ordered iced tea and never received refills. We went to the bar and the tea was dumped for the night. French fried and mashed potatoes came out cold. Waitress never returned. No to go boxes were offered, no dessert, no check. The hostess at the front had to get my server to get our check. The bill was $199 and when I emailed management I was offered a $25 gift card. I feel that was unacceptable for a party of 6. That’s not even enough to buy a happy meal. No response to my second email.
Held our daughter’s college grad party in the Bocce Room. We had a total of 32 people. Everything was wonderful! Megan, the Director of Sales, was very helpful picking out the menu and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our server, Nate, was fabulous. He kept checking in with us and was extremely helpful with all the little details. All of our guests commented on how nice everything was.
Half the games didn't work, stole money from cards. Absolutely SLOW service. We were here at 1pm on a Monday, so it was NOT packed at all. The workers were more worried about thier phones than the customer. The food?, oh Lord. The food was less than appetizing. Steak was so fatty, half the salad was brownish. First impression, won't return!
Went for our son’s 18th birthday dinner with a party of 22. Went and hour before our family and friends were to arrive . Do not take reservations. Refuse to put me on a list or get a table ready for my large party until half my party was there. While four of us were there knowing I had a party of 22 coming sat a table of 7 at the table accommodating for our party of 22 at 5:30 when our party would be there at 6:00. Than at 7:30 try to sit 19 of us at a table and 4 of us at a table in the middle of the room separating all of us who drove anywhere from 45 minutes to the furthest and 1 1/2 away to come. Mentioned the table with seven. Waited for them to leave and finally got seated at 8:15. 3 1/2 hours later. Meanwhile all host up front talking about us rudely as we all try to wait patiently for our table. Absolutely ridiculous and very appalling. Called Thursday 4/3/25 to let them know we were coming, called again 4/5/25 at 3:00 and talked to a manager to let them know we were coming. Clearly it did not matter. Our server , he was amazing but by that point we were all frustrated by the time we were seated . Talked to a manager when they try seated us all apart and made her aware of the situation of our wait and her hosts . She made the table happen sooner than what the host was going to but by than 3 1/2 hours later. No apologies or anything from anyone. Never had such an experience in a restaurant in my whole life, I work in service for a living . I will be letting my clients know not to go to Wild Eagle Saloon. Lucky for them my son wanted this for his birthday or we would have all walked out. Totally appalled !!!!!
Genuinely not great. The service is slow because there aren’t enough servers. Every time I or my friends order food there’s something missing or wrong with the order. And the quality is not great. Went for trivia a few times. Probably not coning back.

Q was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He had us laughing the whole time. This is our 2nd visit and both experiences have been top notch.

Something needs to be done about the menu. 23 of us went there last night and we all agreed that the menu is below subpar! No good appetizer choices…perhaps you can add mozzarella sticks or wings or potato skins or nachos to it? Then the meal options are just as bad…its an okay place for beers and bands.
Posting my review here because I did a feedback email but they just didn’t care about the horrible experience we had over there. I decided to celebrate my birthday at this place and invited 15 people over, but I had just the worst experience, with so many miss information, the staff didn’t oriented us properly about their terms, and all the private room were booked that night. I contacted them 2 week before, I went there one day before the event, but still me and my guests needed to wait 2:30 hours to get a table, that didn’t had seat to everyone!!!!! Me and my boyfriend needed to be taking turns to sit, and the food take an extra 50 min to arrive to the table, all out guests were hungry and uncomfortable, the reception were not helpful at ALL and were sitting small groups of people in big tables, making it impossible for us to get a seat! It was just the worst experience ever! Hope no one else passes through this over there that’s why I’m sharing it over here!
