The service is excellent and normally so is everything there. Today I ordered a waffle sandwich and apparently they excessively microwave it until the cheese is like plastic and the waffles are so soggy they are falling apart. Save yourself the trouble with THAT item!

What a hidden gem! The staff is so incredibly friendly. The menu has great choices real food not like Starbucks fake frozen stuff. And the pup cups they put whipped cream in a cup with a little bone on top like a sundae so cute love this placeand the coffee was so tasty.

Please don’t waste your time in line and wait 40 MINUTES… Ok i get it, it’s a Saturday, but it’s also 12:30PM… not super early… 40 mins is just crazyyyy, every single person waits forever for their food. Btw I got one breakfast sandwich and one iced coffee. It’s just insane, and after reading the other reviews… saying the staff is messing around and on their phones lol… it’s a joke don’t come and waste your time just go to dunkin right down the road they are quicker.

The coffee was ok at best, apparently asking for more cream is a criminal act…husband got a hot latte, but it was barely warm. I never see too many cars there, guessing the atmosphere is the reason. With the exception of the guy running the place, the entire staff sucks. They’re not friendly, they have no sense of urgency and they genuinely don’t care. I have to place my order online, because the first few times I went there, I went through the drive thru and was there for a twenty minutes to a half hour regardless of whether there are three people front of me or I’m the only one in line. More often than not, my order still isn’t ready by the time I get there, 15 minutes after placing an online order. The last three times I mobile ordered, the order wasn’t ready when i picked up and had to wait while they took their sweet time making it. This morning I walked in 15 minutes after placing my order and they had no idea there was a mobile order. I told them that I’d have to come back in a few to pick it up cuz I was going to be late for work and couldn’t wait this time. I had a coworker go back to pick it up twenty minutes later. She said she had to wait for them to make it because they still hadn’t started it. The people they’ve hired at this location are the first employees at any BIGGBY that I’ve ever been to. They always seem to be young girls right out of high school that act like they’re too good to be there, have no customer service skills and literally do not give a single care. I’ve been a loyal customer to BIGGBY for 7 years and this location has severed that.

The best iced coffee in cleveland! Love the name and the coffee is so good! I love all of their seasonal items! Always fresh and new!! Irish cream or red velvet cold brew is so good! Don't forget their turkey bagel with cream cheese and havarti cheese! Yum!
