Not the first bad experience at this location, but it will be the last. Waitress was in such a rush to get our drink and food order; so much so she never asked either of us what potato side we eat with our breakfast nor what bread with my omelette: she auto assumed. When the food was served, she was back 5 minutes later with the bill and that was the last we saw her. Never got refills or a box. Extremely disappointed and will never return.

I ordered the classic breakfast and my sausage wasn't done. I sent it back and the manager came to the table to offer a discount that she didn't honor. This is my second bad experience in a weeks time. I will not be back.

Bob Evans on Snow Rd in Brookpark Ohio, there was hair in my eggs and the manager said she would discount my bill....well she did $2, and the waitress was slow and waited on 2 tables that came after me who was of opposite color. I WILL NOT RETURN

Asked fro silver ware finally had to get it myself, Asked where my dinner was 20 minutes after my wife received her dinner, waitress said she forgot to put the order in,same waitress we asked for silver ware and refills we never received,this place is a joke. Manager walks around giving orders but doesn't do anything?
Take out order placed in store. Took over 45 minutes to get the completed order and it was wrong and ice cold! Asked for caramelized onions with breakfast potatoes and they literally put chunks of raw onion in it. Eggs were barely cooked and all of the food was cold. Pancakes were cold but edible. Bob Evans y’all need to do better! You are paying cooks that don’t give a shit about the people they serve. When people are spending $30-40 on food they expect to get what they asked for and for it to be hot. Only there for a pay check. Service across the nation has declined and it shows everyday in everything, everywhere.

Not a $15 dinner. I ordered buttermilk tenders with mashed potatoes and green beans and this is what came. The gravy was all spilled in the bottom and the chicken was burnt and gross. And the green beans were missing? Super disappointed in this. Luckily it made me lose my appetite, so I didn't mind missing dinner.
