My server, Nikal, did a really nice job! She was efficient, professional, and courteous. Nikal is a great ambassador for the Bob Evans brand. Kudos to her!

As always, terrible service. Haven’t been there in six months. I walk in the door and stand there for For five minutes two people in line. No one said anything. When customers walk into your store, make eye contact with them and greet them. The guy standing at the cash register wearing a leather coat that can’t be part of the uniform. Get it together Bob Evans or you won’t be around anymore.

Not the first bad experience at this location, but it will be the last. Waitress was in such a rush to get our drink and food order; so much so she never asked either of us what potato side we eat with our breakfast nor what bread with my omelette: she auto assumed. When the food was served, she was back 5 minutes later with the bill and that was the last we saw her. Never got refills or a box. Extremely disappointed and will never return.

I ordered the classic breakfast and my sausage wasn't done. I sent it back and the manager came to the table to offer a discount that she didn't honor. This is my second bad experience in a weeks time. I will not be back.

Bob Evans on Snow Rd in Brookpark Ohio, there was hair in my eggs and the manager said she would discount my bill....well she did $2, and the waitress was slow and waited on 2 tables that came after me who was of opposite color. I WILL NOT RETURN
Sat at the table for 30 minutes and nobody helped us. Didn’t see a waitress the entire time. Ended leaving before they even took our order. Would not recommend.

Asked fro silver ware finally had to get it myself, Asked where my dinner was 20 minutes after my wife received her dinner, waitress said she forgot to put the order in,same waitress we asked for silver ware and refills we never received,this place is a joke. Manager walks around giving orders but doesn't do anything?
