Was looking forward to grabbing some good chicken and jojos so I stopped there around 3:45pm. The lady working barely said a word to me and looked like she was mad she had a customer. I got home to eat and the food she gave me was so old and was sitting there probably all day. The jojos were hard as a rock and the chicken was stale. even the 2 rolls were smashed and disgusting. WORST CHICKEN MEAL IVE EVER HAD. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND SPEND MY MONEY.

We ordered two 4 piece meals with dark meat but we're given breasts and legs. When we called to inform the Engle Rd location that our order was incorrect, we were refused a refund, cursed at and then hung up on. We have also filed a complaint with the corporate office. This is a horrible example of customer service and we never eat there again!

Just WOW! I had the pleasure of ordering their food last night. Let me just say WOW. Crispy crunch goodness!! Chicken steaming hot! Jojo potatoes fresh and crunchy! Great value and large portions. Can't ask for more than that! So good!!
