Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Just reviewing the service of this location. You know what you’re getting when going to Charley’s for food. But the service was great yesterday. Cashier was so nice and attentive. And by the time we made it to the car and realized we were missing a fry, an employee was already walking to our car to bring it to us. Not often anymore that you get workers that seem to actually care about their jobs to that extent.

Remy the cook Alexa at the counter treated me like family. The best Sandwich ive ever had. People can say that and not mean it being nice im not playing im from South Mississippi . This place is the best

It was very disgusting nothing was cooked

My husband and I enjoy eating here every once in a while and the food is always great. Wings are delicious cooked to perfection and the staff are always pleasant. The wait is always short.

Ehh, ...it was alright. I had to spit out grissle several times, but hey. I probably should have gotten chicken. The fries could have been warmer. I needed more than 3 ketchup packets.

Usually great tonight however ordered Uber eats first order was over 50$ got the wrong order completely. Reordered and got my original order from over an hour ago instead of fresh food. Spent over 100$ and got cold fries soggy fries and cold and hour old sandwiches after getting the complete wrong order the first time. So disgusted with the service of what used to be one of my go to places. Even sent me the receipt from my first order

i have never ate somewhere that is so bad at making sandwiches than charley’s . not sure if it’s every charley’s or just this one . i’ve ordered through doordash atleast over 15 times and am finally to the point where im fed up . learn how to make a sub, it’s not rocket science . there’s no reason that sauce and everything in between the bread should be poring out just because i try to pick it up.

The foreign lady at the window on 9-1-2025 at 9:55pm was so rude and pissed off she had to do her job , kept slamming the window and when I said thank you she didn’t reply and slammed the window once again if you don’t like your job quit it’s not that hard somebody better then you will love to take your position I will never go back to this location

I will not be ordering from here again. Twice they have messed up my order. A few weeks back my fiancé ordered a chicken California with a chicken Philly and received two chicken Phillies instead… Today we ordered from DoorDash an ultimate fry And even though it was a order for down the street, the ultimate fry was literally not in the bag. Every time we order from this store or something is wrong obviously, these workers and the people that are in charge of the night shift are not paying attention. If I could give zero stars, I would.
