Oh my lord dont get me started on this dunkin!!! I was accused of stealing $2 hashbrowns because they didn’t put them in my bag. Why would I steal $2 worth after buying dunkin for my entire family?? I didn’t get them in the bag and he said “I don’t know what you did with them” When he never put them in there in the first place. Every worker wouldnt tell me their names or anything. I am so nice to people who work in places like this, I’m so understanding, but me and my family didnt deserve what they put us through. I’ve never asked to speak to someone’s manager before until this happened due to how badly I was treated. I went to this dunkin everyday before this happened. Now I tell every person I know to avoid this dunkin. They refused to tell me their names
Some girl and some guy, refused to let me speak to the manager, refused to tell me their names, and accused me of stealing when they just cant do their job?! Stay away from this dunkin for the best!!! the one in fairview is pretty good, same with berea, this dunkin and ridge are the only ones ive ever had problems with.
Got a coffee and thr bacon sandwich. Coffee seemed like it was sitting on heat source a little long

The girls there are always sweethearts, and are always very prompt with my coffee! I don't understand why they closed. It's upsetting to me. It was 257 ft from my house.

I have been here a few times so far and have had good experiences. My iced coffee was good, and so was the grilled cheese and hash browns that I got. The workers were also friendly and fast service. I can’t really rate the atmosphere because I did not go inside. I went through the drive thru both times.

Went around 10am. The quality of drinks and the drive thru was so fast. The person who cashed us out looked so cool with all their tattoos. I love this dunkin!

Whoever the Latino girl with a dark ponytail was at the window. Get out of customer service if you can’t even say have a nice day or hello to somebody you just chuck them their food and look at them like they’re stupid. Placed a mobile order around 11:20 am 6-8

We stopped by today to get some coffee and pastry. Due to Easter, the sign on the door said the lobby was closed at 1, but their drive thru was open till 2. We pulled in at 1:03. My brother, who has severe special needs, really has to use the restroom, and I asked him if he could hold it in, until we reached the drive thru window, and hopefully they could let him in to go pee. We were in the drive thru line for 6-7 minutes by the time we pulled up to the window. My brother was in the passenger seat, with his arms raised high in the air (cerebral palsy), and I politely asked the worker if they could possibly allow my brother to use the restroom, as we just missed them by 2 minutes. The woman said no, but did ask another woman in the back “there’s someone who wants to use the restroom, can they use it?” to which that other employee said no. There is a big difference between a fully functioning adult asking to use the bathroom and an adult with severe special needs who struggles with urinary incontinence. When I tried to ask her again, stating he would only go in to pee and that we missed the lobby by 2 minutes, it didn’t seem to phase her one bit. We just spent almost $11, too. When I look at business ethics, I see how a business treats children, geriatrics, and special needs. While I am not the one to expect special treatment, I do think that certain circumstances can and should be applied, especially if it involves people with medical issues. Their lack of empathy and straight denial, when all we asked for was a bathroom break after spending $11, is really shameful of the business standards. It’s a shame, since I preferred this location out of others that were significantly closer to where we were. We had great experiences here all other times. Not that it’ll make a difference to their profits, but I will never support this business again. Just sharing my experience, in case others also boycott this location for clearly having no respect towards the special needs population. And to think they did this on Easter, out of all holidays. Just shameful.
