I was waiting for this location to come up! Terrible service! I wouldn't refer anyone here! Work attire on some of the cashiers are dirty! The attitudes match! Getting off work stopping in for a nice hot cup of coffee! No one wants to work! They're on phone as if i want all those gems off your phone transferred to my cup! Drive thru service is just as bad! It's close to work, but i hate it! I'd rather go the distance somewhere else! I'm spending my money and i refuse to get the bare minimum! You have to just about get a cashiers attention to serve you! That's terrible! I hope their regional sees this not management! This location sucks!

I was excited about their new remodel. Since it's been done the service has become extremely slow and definitely the staff is not friendly anymore and a drive-thru window has become super slow unfortunately I am at dunkin' donut fan I just have to go do another location

Oh my lord dont get me started on this dunkin!!! I was accused of stealing $2 hashbrowns because they didn’t put them in my bag. Why would I steal $2 worth after buying dunkin for my entire family?? I didn’t get them in the bag and he said “I don’t know what you did with them” When he never put them in there in the first place. Every worker wouldnt tell me their names or anything. I am so nice to people who work in places like this, I’m so understanding, but me and my family didnt deserve what they put us through. I’ve never asked to speak to someone’s manager before until this happened due to how badly I was treated. I went to this dunkin everyday before this happened. Now I tell every person I know to avoid this dunkin. They refused to tell me their names Some girl and some guy, refused to let me speak to the manager, refused to tell me their names, and accused me of stealing when they just cant do their job?! Stay away from this dunkin for the best!!! the one in fairview is pretty good, same with berea, this dunkin and ridge are the only ones ive ever had problems with.
