We went through the drive through. We got the $8 bucket of chicken tenders. Also some sides. Wow the tenders were good.

I gave that store another chance, last couple times not a problem, tonight I'm very upset. I placed my order, door locked but okay i will go thru the drive thru, app said my order was ready, it wasnt. But i get it and i notice only 1 hot wings order so i walked back to the window, the girl told the other girl i was missing a order of wings. The girl told her no i wasn't that she put 2 orders in my bag. I said no theres only 1, so she handed me another box on which i should have looked but didn't. I get home, instead of honey bbq hot wings, she threw 3 wings in a box. And there was no biscuits. I tried calling several times but it just gave busy signal repeatedly. I don't understand how you treat a customer as tho they are lying when they say they are missing something... or how you don't even give what was ordered when they tell you it was missing. I feel insulted, and ripped off. I have to say after the way I was treated I won't be buying anything from that store again, and management needs to figure out why a customer couldn't even call about the problem, or why the employee thought insulting a customer , and giving what wasn't even close to what was ordered was okay.
I so wanted to try the new tender dipping combo that comes with the 3 dipping options, fries, biscuit and a drink.

I got the honey for the biscuit I didn’t get I want my $11.19 back. Was on lunch break so I can’t take back :-/ very disappointed 😢

Ordered through the app went to go pick up and they told me they were out of fricking chicken like how are you out of chicken and I have been trying to get my money back from the damn place but no one answers I am pissed you guys took $33.58 I want my damn money back I didn’t even get any food. AWFUL

The food is ok, although it is never hot like it is freshly cooked, the drive-thru is just about never open, my orders always take long to get and when I come in I see all the unorganized workers struggling when it's never busy, never seen more than 3 cars at one time in the parking lot, and I can't believe once I waited 25 minutes for chicken tenders. (Sic)

Wasted my lunch break, showed up there closed, no way of knowing via Google maps now I cant eat lunch
Bought a gift card from the restaurant and placed an online order to redeem my free french fries along with my order and they never got my order and was told to check my email for confirmation which I never got. The shift manager said that I should've got an email which I didn't and she decided to ask can I check your gift card to see if there's a balance. She seen that there was zero dollar's which meant the order was processed and the money was gone but still no order on there end and she decided to fill my order at that point knowing that I was not lying.online chat was no help I'm done with KFC. Cashier was more helpful than the shift manager was.

I've been buying from this place for a long time and I've never had any problems with the food, until today when I found hair in the meat and that discouraged me from buying again.

I love the people at this location. I came in Saturday and was waited on by Ron. He greeted me and was very polite. It was very busy and even though it seemed to be short staffed the workers there still got me my food quickly. The food was good and the dining room was clean and comfortable. As I was eating I was asked if everything was ok and if I needed anything, just let them know. I asked for there names so I could say thank you. So to Ron, Arron and Missy thank you for all your hard work, and for paying extra attention to your customers. I had a joyful experience because of you.

What a circus, had to cancel a delivery order after waiting for 30 minutes. There were others waiting for their orders the same amount of time, those people were stuck because they no longer due refunds. The employees were lost, like it was their first day ever on a job. If you are looking for a good diet, good there, you'll get frustrated and lose your appetite.
Drove all the way there from work just to be told that they close at 8:00 instead of 10:00 due to staffing. They should make sure that their website is up to date.
