This McDonald's has really gone downhill went there yesterday they screwed up my order called talked to the manager he said he'd give me a replacement order went there today to get the replacement order and they screwed the replacement order. Okay it's a year later and this McDonald's still can't get orders right. Went there yesterday ordered two large Frozen cokes got too smalls told her no that wasn't right she turned and talked to somebody turned and said well our frozen Coke machine is now broke you're going to have to take these. Funny how it broke after they screwed up and gave me the wrong size then when I asked for my money back I got nothing but an attitude I will never go to this McDonald's again they are the worst when it comes to customer service. They don't get orders right they treat you badly I just won't go back ever.

They were out of chocolate milk so we asked for regular milk which we didn't receive. Didn't ask what sauce for the kids meal (glad I remembered !). Took an exceptionally long time to get our drive through order no one thanked us either. We only ordered a kids chicken nuggets meal and a filet o'fish sandwich!

Ordered Double Hamburger. Ticket 1451 (grill slip 51) shows Double Hamburger. Got Single. This after having to pull into waiting area because they were waiting on fries. Pulled out and grabbed a few fries; cold. Extremely disappointed especially when you only have so long for lunch.

Went thru the late night drive thru. The young brunette girl was sitting on the front counter with her shoes off taking drive thru orders. Yhe skinny blonde was workinv yhe window with her head phones on jamming music. She shorted me my drink with my meal.metal. When I told her about it she acted very rudely. I thanked her after she proceeded to give it to me. She said nothing and shut the window. ...very poor service at night time drive thru. This was on 08/04/2025 at 11:27 pm.

Employees seemed friendly and attentive. I don't think people realize though that the value meals cost around $13-15 dollars nowadays. I only make a little more than that an hour at work. So, I have to work almost one hour at work to be able to afford a meal and I can't get hot French fries. That's just crazy to me and depressing.

Moved me and my family with the kid in the car seat over from the drive thru to slot #3. After 10 mins of waiting I go inside to get my food. Have to wait several minutes and ask louder and louder for assistance. Then they had to remake my whole order. Manager says "they just got here at 10" my order was placed at like 10:10. Get home and they didn't even give me my full order. Haven't been back since.

Ordered 2 Fish for $6 and 2 Cheeseburgers. Wow have the fish shrunk in size and the out sides where over cooked. The cheese burgers had no mustard or onions on them, they just don't taste the same. Very disappointed in the nasty dinner. Haven't been there in several years and pretty sure will be several years before I go back. Wish Burger King would come back to Snow Road

Normally I never have had an issue with this McDonalds in Brook Park, Snow Rd. I mainly get an iced coffee when I’m on my way in the morning. Easy order.. you would think. This guy who was obviously a new employee completely lost his marbles over me returning my iced coffee because he completely made it the worst coffee ever. Visibly could tell there was not enough creamer, it was almost black, and not enough sugar to tell there was any sugar at all. I didn’t even expect a new coffee, I just asked for more creamer and sugar but they said they could only give me the packets which if anyone knows anything about iced coffee drinks, you have to have the liquid sugar.. the packets do not blend well and completely take away the flavor, everything. So, I said I just wanted a new iced coffee, which was 100% something that shouldn’t have been an issue. The dude was angry angry mess! And he should’ve been fired on the spot. So, he makes a new iced coffee and that was that.. however, as I’m driving away I had to wipe the cup down because some leaked out of the lid.. looking at the bottom there were coffee grounds loaded on the bottom. He needs fired! This dude intentionally got me back for making him give me another coffee!? Seriously.. a two dollar coffee, that is probably the most simple item to make in that place! I am taking my photos and when I go back that way.. I’m getting another coffee, free.. no one deserves this kind of treatment.
