Order on app and come in and the workers are all arguing in a foreign language, unprofessional. My order was ready and sitting there, they didn’t ask if I needed anything while standing right at the counter until I said something. First and last time coming to this location.

Went in with my son sometime in the evening ordered his food. I got a tuna and about two hours after I ate it my stomach hurt so bad and I am still up throwing up and nauseous. Check the tuna I don’t think it’s good.

The Smith Road location used to be a good spot and the food always nice and fresh. The last two orders were not and well this will be the last time ordering from this spot.

The lady asked to cook for the bathroom key while he was cooking. He pulled it out with his gloves on and then put a patty on the grill with the same hand. That is the bathroom key. Thats worse than any other thing you can before handling food.

It's unfortunate that you order takeout and open it after you leave and it looks like this. 4 large sandwichs ordered, all over cooked, and 1 was also the wrong sandwich. They should have been tossed, not served to a customer. Do better.

Order online and came to pick it up they said my transaction is pending not going to go through I said they took it out of my account they avoid me and so I ordered it again paid for for it than he came to me and said hey we got ur online order I said can I get a refunded than seeing how I paid again he than told me no . To connect chat service I did and some guy name Tim said to go to the store. Top it off I wanted medium sandwiches and got small sandwiches so I paid close to 60 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries.
