Saturday mornings we get a text for 50% off an order and the code never works. I called the store one time and they were aware of the problem and their solution was to come to the store to order and show the code.

It's not always about the mistakes, but how you respond to them- my order was accidentally left at the wrong door, but the driver called to let me know the order was dropped off, and quickly corrected when I told him it was not delivered. I saw I was also given the wrong order, but was close enough to my original order so didn't say anything. Unprompted, they called me from the store to tell me about the error and offered a refund. Honest service!

I love Romeos pizza. Its one of my favorite places but recently their pizza sucks. Whoever manages always uses old dough cause its always flat and hard. The sauce doesn't taste like it used too either. When I first had their pizza it was fluffy dough with sweet sauce. It was so good. Whoever runs that Brook park Romeos in the late afternoon-dinner time sucks. They serve old dough too much. Please replace this one with people that actually care about you're restaurant and do things rite. I worked for Antonios Pizza years ago and we never served old dough.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Spoke to Shay on the phone to order delivery around 8, she said they were closed (they aren’t) and I asked why and she was extremely rude and just responded “I’m telling you we’re closed”. Called back to get her name and she hung up on me. Called the next closest Romeo’s and apparently she’s such a problem that they know her at that store too (and they were kind enough to tell me her name). If she’s a big enough problem to be known across multiple stores, she should probably be looking for a new job. I’d call her and tell her myself but “they’re closed”.

Garbage. Received a disgustingly old pizza. Probably sat out for 10 hours. I asked for a refund and the night “manager” tells me they make the dough fresh. Obviously a lie. I could not get a steak knife to cut through the pizza because the dough was so old from sitting out on a warmer all day. I asked for a refund and they denied me it for the trash they served me. Waste of money. The night “manager” was very unprofessional and told me “she was not BOut gO back and forth with me”.. okay, don’t. Just give me my money back. Long story short…Go to the westlake location for better results.
This is the worst place I have ever gotten pizza from one they do not know or pay attention to what pizzas they hand out they the pizzas are not made correctly. They are vile people they someone needs to come in and redo this entire establishment because it is ridiculous that someone can place an order for a pizza. That’s just normal pizza and when the person goes to pick it up, they get the wrong pizza they get the wrong information and the pizza is awful. Please go to Red‘s down the street that is so much better. They were 100% take care of you. this establishment needs to be taken down. Do not eat here cause you’re liable to get sick
