First off invest in a new speaker for the drive thru, i have to keep repeating everything i say 20 times because there is a language barrier ok but a language barrier with a horrible drive thru speaker ? This is a mess. Also, i tried to order 3 sliders for 2.99 each and she’s like we have a deal going on 3/ $10? How is this a deal? The regular price is $9? You want to charge me more and tell me it’s a deal 😅😅

The staff is incoherent. I can’t even place my order without her asking me if i woukd like to make each thing a combo??? Let me place my order ??? I understand you wanna upsell everything to a combo but i can’t even finish speaking without her telling me combo combo combo like are you guys ok???

Placed a takeout order at 3:30 for a 4;30 pickup. Got my food at 4:45 waited in dining area for 30 minutes. They only began preparing the food when I arrived at 4:15

We went there for the first time yesterday. Everyone was so friendly and the food was super fresh & delicious. Slightly slower than typical fast food but you can tell everything is made fresh to order so it's worth it. I highly recommend it!

The owner explained to me that the food here is not pre cooked frozen patties like how a McDonald’s is for example. So anyone who has complained about the wait is just completely contradicting everything that this place is about. I’ve waited longer at a McDonald’s anyways and got crap food after the long wait. At least the wait here is well worth it! And it wasn’t even that long of a wait! Every single worker was friendly and looked clean. The bathrooms are clean. I always look at a food places bathroom and it was so nice and clean. And I know their building is new, but you can tell when employees actually clean a restroom and these are clean. The food was perfect and hot. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. The owner was super friendly and offered a deal right away so for someone who also doesn’t want to spend a lot of money - they have options that are well worth it!
