⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service!

I had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell location (14701 Snow Rd, Brook Park).
The employee working the drive-thru tonight — I believe his name was something like Nico / Niko — was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely friendly.

All I did was ask him how his day was going, and he responded with such a positive attitude. He even went above and beyond and gave me my order for free, purely out of kindness. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

He made my day better, and employees like him are the reason people come back.
If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would.

Thank you for having such a great person on your team!

came in last night around 11:25. whole order messed up. window lady highly disrespectful. and obnoxious. receipt says Dane or Dana? every time she works something is screwed up and i get backlash for it. find people to do their jobs correctly

Consistently the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I drive away from the w 150th one to go here anytime of the day. I don’t know if they used to be bad, but I can tell you all of the staff are currently doing an amazing job. Please never change guys I need this

Had to wait in drive up for 15 minutes so they could fill uber orders. They have 2 production line . One should be for Uber other for drive up and walking. Need alot better management. I could do alot better and I have 10 years in restaurant service. Youngins need to learn better work ethics from their parents.

If I could give this a negative star I would. This young lady “Sheniyah” that worked the drive thru was completely rude to the people coming in and when we told her she had got one thing wrong on our order she had an attitude. Then when the delivery people came to pick up there food she threw it at them. Like does anyone not take care of this or care to. If you have this type of attitude then you should not be working fast food.

Goobing

Ordered 2 CHEESE quesadillas with tortilla strips and onion. When receiving my quesadillas they didn’t have any cheese🤦😂. I called the place to let them know I’m coming back for a refund since they didn’t hand me a receipt. I arrive again and wait inside for a good 7 min because their busy ik what it’s like working fast food but soon as I get a hold of the cashier working the window,all I said is I’m looking for a refund for my food since it didn’t have the MAIN ingredient in it. He proceeds to say it has cheese when there wasn’t at all. He then starts to explain my order was only 10$ when I ordered 2 and payed 18.70!!! Then I take the quesadillas apart without making a mess to show him there’s none then he gets to his head and walked away and said GUESS WHOS NOT GETTING A REFUND when I was polite to start. The manager then only refunded me for one of them when both were missing cheese, I didn’t care to bring up the rest because they already wasted my time and money. The worker on the window has long brown hair and male and as well as being rude he was breaking serve safe code working with AirPods in so no wonder he took offense to
Nothing because he couldn’t hear anything 😂. I really hope the GM sees this and takes care of this window worker because there’s no reason at all for him to act like a child when I wanted to be in and out and not start a public disturbance.

Terrible experience we were there on Sunday 2/9 between 1pm and 2pm took 30 minutes to get our food. Food orders were all wrong. The girl at the cash register was more interested in taking pictures of rubber ducks on her phone. I had to ask for a receipt after she initially did not give me one, we will not be back.
