I tried to place a order online, the website was having issues so I drove to the store, tried to order the same thing and the "manager" John told me he couldn't process the order I had to place it online. I explained to the manager the situation and he said that they have nothing to do with the Internet which was weird because I was ordering from a taco bell website. As I pulled through the drive thru with no food ordered I stopped at the window and asked for the store #, at first John the manager was hesitant, then he wasn't sure but started to give me a number, stopped again and told me he couldn't give the store number to me. I asked if there was anyone working who knew the store number and he said no.Get better training for your management if this is how the interact with your customers, they'll take more orders and make more money for the company.

I don't know why, but this Taco Bell has NEVER got my order correct. I've been there about 10-12 times, and they can't seem to get it together. The service is always nice, but I am either missing items, the order was made wrong, or, in this last case - I got someone else's order. If you like happy and friendly people, but don't care if you actually get what you ordered, then this is your place!

Such garbage food, uncaring workers and really no value for your money food. They should go out of business. Attitude of workers totally responsible for the garbage they sell.
Great service absolutely!!!! It could be much more sanitize and clean. It wasn't horribly dirty but with covid an flu season there should be just a little more precautions taken. The service was wonderful and received my food quickly. That wasn't the best either not bad but not good not due to the worker's they made it as great as they could with what they're given.

Went through the drive through. Wasn't till we got home did we find out they shorted us our Chalupas. Had to drive back to get them. Had to wait in the drive through to tell them they forgot our Chalupas. They where a lil rude about it. Almost like we where lying. They where apologetic though. When we finally got home to eat our food. We found out our burritos where made wrong. They only had beans in them nothing else! They where supposed to be burrito supremes. My kids tacos where also made wrong. They only had beef and lettuce. Nothing else on them. This taco bell used to be decent. It has just fallen apart the last few months. What a rip off!

Tatiana (i hope im spelling it Right) was so patient, understanding and kind. I ordered online where the nacho fries weren't available. When I arrived I asked for my online order and to get fries since i had saw them on the screen. She had absolutely no problem ringing up a second order for me to cash out and didn't miss anything while handing it out to me :) It wasn't a HUGE order but was quiet a few items and she was just so incredibly kind compared to most workers I see just throwing orders out the windows at drive throughs.
