Went here for the first time about a week ago with my daughter. The food was good and the staff friendly. We stayed there to eat and took a sandwich with us for my son-in-law.

Bro what do you mean you’re removing chicken and waffles, and waffles in general?
The online menu is out of date, so it became frustrating to order food today because when asking my partner over the phone “what do you want besides chicken and waffles?” She couldn’t easily look at the menu online because it’s not up to date. And if your menu requires an app, that doesn’t count y’all.
Please do better. I love the service and atmosphere but this has absolutely soured what I’ve thought about this establishment.

Customer service was just non existent. We went in for bagels and were immediately greeted with the girl at the counter telling us the pilot was out and it would be awhile. I asked if she meant a few minutes or an hour and she said I don’t know and to ask her manager. The manager comes out, walked right past us and pounded on a door. The girl at the counter asked the manager how long it would be and she snapped that she didn’t know, she couldn’t find the lighter, and the person with the lighter was in the bathroom. The entire experience made it clear that they weren’t interested in serving us, so we took our money elsewhere.

Ordered coffee and drinks. Ended up getting the food Togo and sat and ate waiting for the drinks. 20 mins later. Drinks were never made, manager told me a refund couldn’t be given. Was told that someone could call me the next day.
Also noticed the server drop the bagel and pick it up and put it back on the plate when it landed on the counter. The 3 girls all looked at each other and smiled.

Omg this food was amazing. Oh my God, the buffalo chicken wrap was off the chain 1010 the potatoes were roasted they were golden. They were soft fluffy crunchy oh my God oh my days yo that food made my morning. Let’s not even talk about the avocado toast with the scrambled eggs on top. Oh my God.

Great atmosphere but for $30 I got eggo waffles and Tyson chicken not worth it
This place is really cute and love the concept of the menu but both items we ordered either had something added or omitted from the menu description. I get product shortages happen these days but the staff should be aware of what's 86'd so they can inform customers. As for the addition, it was a pleasant surprise for me to have feta on my falafel wrap but it wouldn't be for someone ordering it thinking it's vegan. This place has great potential but it would be a small improvement to be more strict to the menu descriptions.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are really heavy, it would be hard to open by yourself in a wheelchair.

What a treat this cafe is! My daughter and I stopped in and had breakfast (avocado toast for her and bacon, egg, & cheese croissant for me)! Both were very good!
The employees were so nice, although I'm not sure if they were training or not, but there seemed to be a lot of workers and maybe one of them could have run out to the dining room to wipe off the tables.
The shop was decorated so cute, and once I realized that the wallpaper was actually newspaper articles - i realized how clever the decor was and how fitting the name of the cafe was!
Would definitely stop back for both breakfast and to try lunch!!!
