This is the first time under new management. I will not be back. Bread was dry, roast beef did not even resemble roast beef… so dry and crumbly that it didn’t even stay on the bun. Very skimpy on vegetables too. This was suppose to be a warm sub but, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The sausage sandwich is suppose to have peppers and onions but, they “ don’t have peppers and onions anymore”! The subs here used to be fantastic.. too bad.

My husband order 4 trays of assorted subs for a funeral luncheon this week. We were very pleased with your service. Staff was pleasant and helpful when ordering even when we made some changes with our order the day before the luncheon. Staff was also pleasant when we picked up our order. Your subs were delicious as always and everyone loved them. Your prices were reasonable, even cheaper than the other places that sell subs in Brookfield.

Being from Brookfield, this place is a local favorite. But its not as good as it use to be. The last 2 times we got subs, the experience was less than great, and It took a while to write this post. We walked into to a lady eating behind the counter, and it took about 30 secs for her to respond to us so we waited while she chomped it down. Maybe use a break room next time and wash your hands. Ok, we ordered 3 subs and one was chicken. The chicken was so gross and it make the sub bread soggy in the gross juice it came it. We threw it in the trash. The other 2 were good but it was missing that nostalgic belly buster vibe. Sorry we are not returning.

Was just in this wonderful sub shop and couldn't wait to leave a review. I met the owners and didn't even realize they were the owners until I was about to leave. A very nice young couple with a staff that was just as friendly.
The sub itself was amazing. I got the large sub and I believe it was 15" he said. It was packed full of meat and cheese. They had several toppings and sauces to choose from.
Then I got a piece of strawberry shortcake and also met the baker. The shortcake was perfect(almost to much for one person to eat all at once but I did lol). Fresh strawberries and the crust and filling was just enough.
The price was better than most places with smaller subs and..... no strawberry shortcake lol.
Give this place a try if you are in the area.

I haven't had belly busters in a long time got one for supper and I see they cut way back on the meat and my bun wasnt that fresh it was kind stale tasting now it seems your paying for just the bun
