Will never go here again. First time, some of the food was good but the service was absolutely horrible. It took close to an hour for our food to come out, which I thought was more because my husband got a pizza. Our waitress never came to check on us, even after our food came. My burger was delicious but my fries were cold and disgusting. We thought we would give it another try tonight. Again, waited an hour for our food, 2 burgers this time, and again our waitress never came over to check on us at all. When our food finally did come out, my burger was completely burnt and inedible. The onion rings were so thick and doughy. Not happy at all.

Came in, ordered a drink, put money into pool table, then literally poured a bunch of money into their TouchTunes... 1 song played out of ~6... then the bartender decided to plug his Bluetooth in right after he noticed someone using the jukebox. I won’t see that $ again. (Literally heard “Bluetooth connected” at ~7p on 10/3). I asked the bartender about it and told him it was crappy to do to patrons, brushed me off and blamed it on the trivia event... But he played music for ~20 mins before the trivia started from your own phone. Get rid of the TouchTunes then if you don’t want patrons playing music OR just turn it off prior to trivia event, super easy solution. I dont care about the $25 that was stolen essentially, just the principle.

My husband and I stopped today. We wanted wings and drinks. The wings were very good. The service was slow. We tried but probably won't be back

I wasn’t mad until I couldn’t find a working phone number for Barley Jacks. Ordered thru UE. Shrimp basket, Large Philly Pizza, Medium Supreme , side of fries . Ordered delivered . No Philly pizza and no shrimp basket! 75% of us have no food and UBER EATS SAYS THEY WILL GIVE US $11.99 back on over $30 of food
