Last night I ordered door dash from the Brunswick store. My husband just had surgery and wasn’t feeling well so we decided we’d just have it for lunch today. I ordered a basic smash burger and fries…..DID NOT GET EITHER!!!! I ordered brisket/pulled pork with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. We DID NOT GET COLESLAW….WE GOT ONE SIDE OF RUNNY MACARONI. I ordered the 3piece smoked wings….DID NOT GET!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the third time I tried your restaurant and the third time it was messed up. Sad because I live in forest hills and we would love to have a place to go to on the weekend! Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!!!!!

A CHILD was running food tonight. She had to be 6 or 7 years old. She had her face and hands in my husbands food on the way to the table.
We have really tried to like this restaurant but that put me over the edge. We will not be returning.

This is the Second time I’ve come to the wadsworth location for food. Really wanted to like it. The flavor of the food has been okay, but it has been cold every single time. I understand being short staffed. Sucks that situation hasn’t changed. Mixed drinks are good. I’d come back for those but not the food.

Service is awful, foods always cold when served, and the bartenders are extremely rude, especially Deanna. Deanna shouldn’t be anywhere near a hospitality field. She’s the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered. This is One of those places you know you’ll get food poisoning from. You ever see the kitchen you’ll never want to come here.

Went here for my first time today and totally disappointed. These are my eggs they’re supposed to be scrambled. Certainly doesn’t look like scrambled eggs to me on top of the fact that I get a fruit bowl with moldy blueberries in it which is disgusting to say the least the server didn’t even seem bothered by it at all the coffee taste like garbage my biscuits and gravy came out cold along with the egg instead of fixing it like they should’ve done and re-fixed it they microwaved my old egg that I had my fork and nasty saliva all in Nuked biscuits and gravy. It was so disgusting. I’ll never go back there on the truth. That’s not a very good first impression. Also the server that was working had no clue about any of the items and really didn’t seem to care to try to find out anything for us not that my son ordered a burrito that’s called the Ashley and he said that tasted like garbage too. He said there was something bitter in the middle.

Our meals were both served lukewarm as if they’d been prepared hours prior and sat in a warmer. The boneless wings were over-breaded, over-sauced, and tough to eat. We had a wonderful server, but we won’t be going back.

Stopped in to try their Halloween flights. Got the cauldron flight. Was very tasty.
Good food. Need more help, but overall, not too shabby. Atmosphere is good! The drinks are more ice though, than liquor. Not too expensive. Staff is pleasant.

Decided to check this place out after seeing it all over local food pages on Tik Tok and it definitely wasn’t worth the hype. Walked in and was told there was a 20 minute wait, so we put our names in and told the host we would grab a drink at the bar and be back when they called our name. After confirming this with the host AND them mentioning they would find us for our table, we thought we would be good to go. WRONG. This is where the problems started.
The bar: Sat down and asked the male bartender for a drink menu which we were never given until we flagged down another bartender. This bartender eventually took our order and then the male bartender made our drinks… except he only made mine until the female bartender REMINDED him to make my partner’s. So this was about 25 minutes wasted time as it was getting near our quoted our wait time.
The host stand: Somehow they erased our name from the waitlist because they thought we were staying at the bar despite us telling them we’d be back. Not once, but twice. So we had to put our name back in and was given the option of two tables. We chose one and then were asked to move because a family was sitting there instead. At this point, was getting pretty frustrated with the whole experience but decided to stay anyway…
The food: Took FOREVER and a day. It wasn’t our server’s fault, but several tables seated after us received their food, ate, and left all in the time it took us to receive the food. Thankfully the food was good. The service was also very good as our server was attentive.
Don’t believe the hype of this place because it’s simply not worth it. $74 for two people at what is basically a neighborhood dive bar is not the vibe.

Cute place, but server didn't understand the flavors of beer, asked what kind of high noons they had and she said raspberry, brought a raspberry white claw not high noon but didn't bother to say anything. She told us they gave other people our food so some of us had to wait, all of our food was cold, just horrible experience. She said oh I'll make you new fries, we've been waiting 20+ minutes for warm fries and now everyone's done eating. Not that busy and no paper towels in bathroom.... Came here before for brunch and had a bad experience but wanted to give it another try, never again.
Walked past bathroom and server was ASKING the other servers "my tables food was cold should I even do anything about it" At brunch I asked for the mimosa flight, the guy server said no don't get that it takes too long to make. And then I ordered a breakfast with bacon, it was brought with sausage so l said oh I thought I got bacon and he said ok but will you still eat it like that.. like uhhhhh yeah I guess so but 1) it's not what I ordered and 2) what am I even supposed to say back to that?

The atmosphere was dingy and not attractive. Food was mediocre at best, good but basic, fries were floppy. Ranch was watery and under seasoned. Cocktails were heavy in syrup, one was thick like mucus, and prices high like a higher class bar when it’s basically a dive.
