Antonio's Pizzeria LoSchiavo

Just ordered fish frys for the second time. The first time they came with multiple packets of malt vinegar. This time there was none in the box, so I asked for some. The woman behind the counter grudgingly gave me one packet for 3 fish fries. I asked for a total of 6. She came back with an attitude and two packets and told me they usually charge for this. I paid fifty dollars for 3 pieces of fish and some fries. It's good, but I won't get it again after that attitude. There are lots of fish frys in the area.

Watch this business for hidden credit card fees and never use their app. No where on the app does it disclose a 3% CC fee on top of that they don’t even calculate the fee correctly. $57.98 + $4.99 =$62.97* .03 cc fee = $64.86 yet my total that I was charged came out to $65.88. I know it’s a small amount but this adds up with their volume of customers I think this is a shady business practice and I’ll never use a card to pay these guys again.

I absolutely LOVE Antonios so much! My father works there along with my sister and his food is absolutely amazing! My favorite thing from the menu is the pepperoni, salami, ham, and cheese strombolis! They’re super good and my father makes them very well! My sister is also super sweet and great with customers! I absolutely recommend this restaurant!

I ordered sheet pizzas and salad online to be delivered at 5pm for our party. It was delivered a half hour early and part of our order was missing. I called the store and talked to the store manager, and he said he would have someone deliver the rest of our order. No one came with the rest of our order. We spent a lot of money and gave a 20% tip, and are very disappointed.

Antonios really knows how to make a quality pizza with loaded toppings 🍕😍 I love all their food options. My favorite thing is when I don't want pizza antonios has so much more to offer . Definitely my go to lunch and dinner spot. I finally found a pizza spot where they don't cheap out on the toppings. For the price I paid for Antonios it was worth it😍 definitely got a bang for my buck

Best calzone I have had in a while. Wife loved the cheese steak sandwich, and they have the best fries! Just be aware it is mostly carry out and delivery so eat in options are limited.

**Loyalty Doesn't Seem to Matter Here**

After spending over $1000 at Antonio's Pizza, I’m extremely disappointed by how I was treated on my last visit. I placed a pickup order well before their 10:00 PM closing time, but when I arrived at 10:02, they refused to give me the pizza I ordered. The staff acknowledged that my order was ready and sitting right behind the counter, yet they wouldn’t serve it because they had already closed the register.

I understand closing times, but this level of inflexibility is hard to accept, especially from a place where I’ve been a loyal customer for years. It’s frustrating to see them throw away food and dismiss regular customers over something as trivial as reopening the register for a couple of minutes.

This incident has really soured what used to be a great relationship with Antonio's Pizza, and I’m seriously reconsidering returning in the future.

The General Manager (Terry) is terrible at communication or training. Does not teach new employees and will set you up on a visa card that has high interest. Also is not accommodating to other things going on in people’s lives and thinks the world revolves around a pizza shop lmao. I don’t recommend working here.

Walked into a ghost town, after waitng 5-10 min I had to ask the boy on pizza line to get someone to check me out, all while phones were ringing off the hook with no answer.
