ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We will never be returning. The service was absolutely horrible, the servers were extremely rude & it took over 20 minutes to get our checks/pay due to the kiosks not working.

Took 20 min to get drinks and the food made all of us sick. Ribs tasted weird, and were the size of a child’s portion. Last time at Applebees for me any my family

H had an oriental salad tonight. Fried chicken and let me tell you the chicken taste like. It's been sitting around for about a month and the almonds smelled a little mildewey. Not sure how Applebee's is still in business and this goes from multiple locations.

Ordered online. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. They forgot to put the bacon on it. It was raw and very greasy. I couldn't even eat it. breadsticks were burnt.

Stopped into this location after a Browns game. The restaurant was not busy at the time. We sat and waited for 15 minutes before a nice manager came by and apologized and took our drink orders. We waited another 20 minutes and the server never stoped by our table or acknowledged us. We flagged her down and asked if she could take our order. She rudely told us she would be back in a minute. After another 5 minutes we finally gave up and left. Worst service I've ever had by far. Do not go to this location.

Kicked out for no reason. Bartender was a mean human. Don’t ever go to this location. Or any Applebees ever.

The atmosphere has not changed the same as it was from the 90's. The food was really sub-par. we got the best steak they offer, and it was not good nor worth the order. Plus, we got riblets, and they were absolutely horrible. Not good and we spent a hundred on drinks and sold and service wasn't great either.

Went when I just got off work at 11pm, and they were open tol l1am. I am so happy, the food was delicious, the server she was amazing. Kinda upset how people can show up at 12:12 when they close not too long after. Like come on. All servers were amazing, they deserve more. And don't deserve how some people be. Thank you for the patience and great hospitality.
