Awful, took 20 mins for mozz sticks, table across was there for an hour & half and their stuff was still shit. Waiter did as well as he could but managed to drop the ball. Get your shit together management.

The food is always b.s. at EVERY location. It's either too slow or will sit in the heat window forever. Just like McDonald's- hot fries are a myth. I don't care if they have a location in Beverly Hills, you're still gonna get a lackluster entree with a smile. The bartender was excellent, yet she didn't push for me to order more drinks.

We came with our young son and ordered and app and drinks no issue. Waited over an hour and still no dinner and tables after us were complaining about the food and asked for a manager and not once did a manager come over to them. No refill for our table for over 30 minutes. I understand being busy and all but nothing was said to us and no manager at all checking on customers!

I had such a blessed experience at Applebee’s today, and I truly believe God orders our steps—even to the table we’re seated at. My server, Tammie, went above and beyond to serve with kindness, patience, and a joyful heart. She not only made sure my food was perfect, but she also treated me and my family with such warmth that it felt like dining with a friend.

In a world where good service can be hard to find, Tammie is a reminder of Colossians 3:23—“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” Her attention to detail and genuine care reflected that scripture beautifully.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with love. But more than the meal, it was the atmosphere of kindness and grace that left me full in spirit as well as in body. Thank you, Tammie, for letting your light shine!
