I swore off this Arby's a few years ago because they could never get an order right and I'm pretty sure the food was made last week. Guess I should've stuck with it. My wife wanted just a typical roast beef sandwich. What she got was a sandwich with some kind of CRISPY roast beef and what looked like a booger. Meanwhile, the staff couldn't care less.
Never again. Somebody needs to do a proper health inspection and get this place shut down for good.

The worst fast food restaurant I've been to ever. Can never get orders right. They dont give you what you ask for. They forget to give you drinks and sauces. Employees eat food and lick their fingers in front of you. Tonight was the last straw. Won't ever go back

I have never been to an Arbys that is more consistently terrible than this one. 3 of the last 4 times we have tried here, the roast beef is slimy, tough, and cold, as well as the undercooked and cold fries, that we've had to throw our meals away. The other time, everything was cold still but at least the roast beef wasn't unedible (the fries were though).
We were going to give them one last shot because someone finally replied to our complaint and said they were sorry and wanted to fix it by replacing our last order, but then never replied again or followed up on doing it, so they don't even care about their issues, just say sorry and move on.
It's sad as this location used to be great, but something has changed and it's now garbage. We've been to the Arbys in Medina, Strongsville and other locations around the area and never had issues like the ones in Brunswick, so if you're craving Arbys, take a drive to one of the other ones to get a good meal.

Surprisingly slow business for lunch time. My order was taken and filled right away.
Went to the Center Road location at 9:10pm and was told by an employee they were closed at the drive thru. Looked online and saw their hours stated 10:00pm was closing time for the drive thru. So I tried helping them out by adjusting their hours so other customers know but google isn’t making that change so be aware that their hours may vary based on how they feel for the night!

Chicken Sandwich was really good but was a little tough in the middle, I don't believe it is your fault but the supplier in which you get your chicken.
