I don't know what happened here. Food was always good. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a kids chicken nugget meal. The chicken sandwiches were so dry and tough,like they sat under a heat lamp all day,curly fries were soggy and cold,and the crinkle fries in the kids meal were hard and dry. All inedible,such a waste of money. Arby's,,,you lost a loyal weekly customer.

Drive thru service was fast but I find it so amazing when I get home and see the condition of the food. It's so carelessly thrown together. Almost all drive thru places have a bad appearance of the food once we get home. Do they do it because we're driving away and are less likely to complain? Also the new bacon cheese burger was not good, per my husband, who enjoys a good burger, but not this one.

I went there arby’s on the 12th of july. It was my first time ever going there going a while, i was greeted by a girl i think named Jorydn, honestly one of the most hardest workers there. She was super sweet and knew everything going on. Give that girl a raise.
