A great Bob Evans! Staff let us know that they were having some staffing issues but they were still so kind and helpful! The food was quite good and the overall atmosphere was nice and homey. Would recommend if looking for a Bob Evans in the area!

Beware ordering a holiday meal from the Brunswick Bob Evans. I never received my order. I spent $235 and they dropped off 4 drinks. No meal. The drinks had been spilled in the bag so they had to be thrown away. I called the manager Steven and he was very unhelpful. He said it’s DoorDash problem. I didn’t order from DoorDash! I ordered from bob evans. He refused to remake my order or give me a refund. I asked for corporate phone number, a DoorDash account number that was used for my order & a contact number for DoorDash. He said he didn’t have any of those and corporate couldn’t help me anyway. I did get upset at that point because he was refusing to resolve the problem. He finally gave me the number for Shawn, regional manager. Who I left a voicemail with. He said it’s door dash’s mistake so be mad at them & get my refund from them even though it was THEIR 3rd party contractor! I then called DoorDash and explained the situation & they said Bob evans is to refund me because that’s where I placed the order. I told DoorDash how unhelpful Steven was, so we conference called together. DoorDash said they take full responsibility for the mistake & they have credited Bob evans a full refund & they need to refund me. They could only refund the restaurant since I didn’t order from DoorDash. Steven said he’ll try but it could be days and he has to email someone for it to be approved & many times they are denied, so he couldn’t confirm to DoorDash if I’d get that refund. Shawn returned my call & said he’d make sure I get my refund and he’d speak to Steven about how this was handled. Unfortunately that left me with no food for the Thanksgiving I am hosting, no money as refunds could take days, & no confirmation that the refund was done. I have my mom at home dying of lung disease on a vent who I take care of and have no time to cook a big meal & now I have to cancel the family dinner I was hosting. I understand mistakes happen. The response to the mistake & the manager leaving me with no resolve, no food, & no money for thanksgiving is appalling. At minimum they could’ve remade my order & I could’ve picked it up.I spent $235 & they ruined my holiday.
Bob Evans is just the place for comfort food. It's clean and the service is very good. It's a good value for the price.

Went this morning with my family and we all have had stomach aches since eating here. Service was terrible. Took forever to get our food and mine had a hair in it. Will not be returning, food was so bad.

The staff was very speedy that day. We had our orders less than 5 min after placing it. The server made sure to keep drinks refilled at all times.
