I had the brunch for a bundle delivered this morning. After opening the stapled bags, I noticed 12 biscuits, an essential part of the sausage gravy, were missing. When I called, I was given the option to pick up the 12 biscuits, which defeats the purpose of paying a delivery fee and tipping the driver, or to receive a refund for "whatever the biscuits are worth." I chose the mystery refund. Now it's time to wait as "whatever the biscuits are worth" will take up to 5 days to be refunded.

We visited the Brunswick location today, approximately 4:30pm. I ordered the new menu item breakfast tacos which came out wrong. The plate was missing a full taco, there was no bacon on the tacos, and they were covered in green peppers which is not part of the description on the menu. I sent them back immediately and the waitress advised that there was new kitchen staff. No problem, I understood. Until 60 minutes later and I still had not received my meal. The rest of the table was already finished eating at this point. The waitress advised that she didn’t understand what was taking so long, she notified the managers already on a couple of occasions of this issue. Finally, we decided to just leave as everyone else was done. We went to the checkout and paid for everyone else who received food. I stressed to the hostess that at the minimum a manager should have at least stopped out to my table to apologize. The manager “Trish” came to the checkout desk at this point at my request, did not offer any sort of apologies or concern, and merely stated she didn’t know until right then. That was a lie. I heard the server earlier talking to the manager by the kitchen line about my food. The fact that this manager tried to deflect blame to the server (who was a very nice young lady), is absolutely atrocious. Someone needs to coach manager Trish on guest service and relations. The words out of her mouth should have been “I am so sorry that the restaurant failed to meet expectations tonight. We strive to give our guests fresh quality food in a timely manner, and we did not do that tonight “. Needless to say, I left without eating dinner and ate cereal at home instead. Shame on you, Bob Evans. I will never return.

Terrible experience this morning. Ordered curbised pickup. Arrived 1 minute after scheduled time and called to let them know we had arrived. We were told it would be out shortly. After 10 minutes i unloaded my 2 kids to go in and find out what is going on. Absolutely no greeting from any employee. Waited inside for 10 minutes not 1 time did anyome in the lobby get greeted. Went back out to the car and called again. They claimed food is ready now and on the way out. Arrived home and food was ice cold.

Bob evans has really fallen off over the years. Mediocre service and sloppy plates. The waitress took our order, food came out quickly, not surprising since most of the items were cold. Before I could even take a bite , she dropped off the check and never returned to the table. If this is what is considered service, they might as well just charge us to go and make it ourselves, and choose a table to sit. What a joke.

Food was okay, chicken was kinda dry and drinks were only half made. The women's bathroom looked half cleaned and I almost fell walking in due to the floor being wet and no sign being up! Server wasn't very attentive to her customers and had to be told how to make a full cup to drink?! Seemed she was more interested in whatever was on her phone than her job.
Server's take their time and are always on their phone Autumn our server wasn't on top of our drinks or food. Very poor service very disappointed, in the past I didn't have issues here. Also the closing manager wasn't aware of anything. Drinks finally came only half full, got the hot apple cider which we thought came with whip cream and Carmel but we we're served half a cup of cider. Not impressed tonight when normal this would be a frequent spot for us. But guess I'll have to make sure we get a different server next time.

I was there today on 10-9 24. Veronica waited on me. Today was me and my husbands 59th anniversary.he can't walk or use his arms.so I ordered to go.she was so sweet and took my order and it made our day.very delicious.ty so much

We visit this Bob Evans every few months, and we’re always greeted warmly and seated quickly. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Today, I ordered the Rise & Shine burger with fries, which comes with hash browns, American cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were great. I also had the fresh brewed peach iced tea and enjoyed four refills, but was only charged for one. My wife had her usual salad, which she described as “perfect.” We decided to share an ice cream sundae for dessert, making for a completely satisfying meal. The total cost for everything, including dessert, was just $30. Great food, great service, and great prices!
