Lights are on and door closed. Order from drive thru and rushed to move because of timer. This isn't the place for you to get your burger King. Find other restaurant that will provide better burger.

Food messed up, and was put together by what seemed like someone who rushes and hates their job. Called to just have replaced, a SINGLE COMBO, trying the new steakhouse or whatever called. Called to explain… was met with a little attitude, offered no solution, so asked for a corp number and was told to google it…. Google didn’t work, got local number in Elyria….. girl who gave me number was nice, answering corp was nice. Ron the district manager, didn’t seem concerned , didn’t offer any solution….:: they wanted the food or bag from days prior…. I threw that mess out and it’s trash day….
Will not visit Burger King here in Brunswick anymore… pearl rd managers and staff are very nasty, rude…: once in blue moon they have a nice person working drive thru….
If you hate your job, do yourself and the community a favor and find what’s better for you…..
We all get there are policies, but easily could have been made right by them…. Your in the business of people, not just food

I was so disappointed when I stopped by the Center Rd Burger King In Brunswick & tried to order some food. I was using my Burger King app but it was having trouble loading my code & the female drive thru attendant told me to order or drive around. Granted it was around 8:30 on Thursday 3/27 & nobody behind me. I told her I'm trying to figure this app out & she said move since its on a timer. She was not nice. I drove back around after stopping & my app said to get you free fry with $1 purchase but again no code. I pulled up to the drive thru hoping someone could help me & I was told I was causing problems by a male employee who said we know you must be ignorant. I was absolutely floored that some young man representing your business would ever disrespect a customer like that & that he would not be fired on the spot. As a business owner in the sales industry I know how important customers are & how fast you can lose them. I left upset & without placing a order for myself & my family. Hopefully you resolve these issues with your employees soon before you loose more customers like me.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 whopper jr's with cheese and no mayonnaise and 2 whopper jr's with cheese extra pickles and extra mayonnaise. Received 4 whopper jr's with no cheese, no mayonnaise and no pickles. Went inside and told them, they said repeat my order which I did. Gave me the food at the counter and got home and it was still incorrect. Called the following morning talked to a manager and she said there was nothing to do, plus the receipt was so faded that you couldn't read it to do the the survey. I told the manager that and she said that she didn't believe me, if I didn't live an hour away I would go back up there and prove that she was wrong. Going to call corporate tomorrow morning. Worst BK I have been to in my whole life and I am a regular of the King!

I just came through the drive-through and ordered a kids meal with a cheeseburger and a Diet Coke. There was no cheese on the burger and the Coke was a regular. I went back through the window and the girl said that I couldn’t get what I wanted because I already drank out of the regular Coke well, if I didn’t take a sip of it, I wouldn’t have known that it wasn’t diet and if I didn’t take a bite of the cheeseburger, I would’ve known there wasn’t any cheese on it. She said I had to come in and pay for another meal. That’s the way the boss tells them to do it she said so this sucks I bought myself dinner and now I have no dinner you suck!!!! . I’ll never come back !!!!
