I was there yesterday evening patiently waiting for around 5 minutes for a small fries and chicken nuggets when another women walked in with her young child. She placed her order and after about 15 minutes, (I am still waiting for my order) when her young son looks at her and asks for a drink. The mom politely asked for her cup, and Summer ( if I heard her name correctly) completely belittled and yelled at this poor woman in front of her child for asking for the drink cup she paid for. It didn't stop there as Summer kept running her mouth. This woman was nothing but polite from the time she walked in the door and did not deserve the way she was treated.
I will never step foot inside any Burger King again as long as this woman works at your establishment.

Lights are on and door closed. Order from drive thru and rushed to move because of timer. This isn't the place for you to get your burger King. Find other restaurant that will provide better burger.

Food messed up, and was put together by what seemed like someone who rushes and hates their job. Called to just have replaced, a SINGLE COMBO, trying the new steakhouse or whatever called. Called to explain… was met with a little attitude, offered no solution, so asked for a corp number and was told to google it…. Google didn’t work, got local number in Elyria….. girl who gave me number was nice, answering corp was nice. Ron the district manager, didn’t seem concerned , didn’t offer any solution….:: they wanted the food or bag from days prior…. I threw that mess out and it’s trash day….
Will not visit Burger King here in Brunswick anymore… pearl rd managers and staff are very nasty, rude…: once in blue moon they have a nice person working drive thru….
If you hate your job, do yourself and the community a favor and find what’s better for you…..
We all get there are policies, but easily could have been made right by them…. Your in the business of people, not just food

I was so disappointed when I stopped by the Center Rd Burger King In Brunswick & tried to order some food. I was using my Burger King app but it was having trouble loading my code & the female drive thru attendant told me to order or drive around. Granted it was around 8:30 on Thursday 3/27 & nobody behind me. I told her I'm trying to figure this app out & she said move since its on a timer. She was not nice. I drove back around after stopping & my app said to get you free fry with $1 purchase but again no code. I pulled up to the drive thru hoping someone could help me & I was told I was causing problems by a male employee who said we know you must be ignorant. I was absolutely floored that some young man representing your business would ever disrespect a customer like that & that he would not be fired on the spot. As a business owner in the sales industry I know how important customers are & how fast you can lose them. I left upset & without placing a order for myself & my family.
Hopefully you resolve these issues with your employees soon before you loose more customers like me.
